The village Gabonjin is 3 km away from Malinska (tourist place of the municipality Malinska - Dubašnica) and 8 km away from Čižić (tourist place of the municipality Dobrinj), known especially for the big sandy beach with according to the doctors health-promoting medicinal mud, which alleviates bone diseases and rheumatism.
There is also a sports and recreation centre in Gabonjin, where you can play sports (football, basketball, boules, etc.). Around the village there are many paths for cycling in the nature.
The viewpoint by the church of St. Peter offers a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay
For several years now, visitors to Gabonjin have been able to enjoy the unique Glagolitic Avenue, where 37 stone slabs with carved messages were set up - on the old road from Stobica (the People's Parliament) to the Church of St. Peter, which we have called the Glagolitic Way of St. Peter.
