Super holiday resort

We spent wonderful vacation days in Malcesine. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need for a holiday. The bread service was punctual at the door every morning. Giulio and his wife are nice and accommodating, and they were immediately available with tips and answers to questions. All the best to both of them and see you soon. We will definitely come back. Definitely not the last time...

We were at Lake Garda for the first time and made a real lucky find with this beautiful small apartment complex. The entire complex is lovingly designed and is managed with great effort and dedication by Giulio and his family. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything necessary. The pool invites you to splash around and relax on hot days. Whenever there were questions, there was always a listening ear. Some interesting and important tips and hints were given.

The offered roll service is simply great and saves the daily trip to the village.

We would be happy to come back and would like to thank Giulio and his family once again for the wonderful time at Lake Garda.

Great holiday resort!

We had a great vacation in this beautiful well-kept holiday resort. The vacation apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The air conditioning was a big advantage in the temperatures. The view of Lake Garda is beautiful. The pool was well-kept and a great way to cool off after excursions or to relax. Our landlord Giulio was very nice and always approachable and gave us great tips for activities. The offered bread service is great. We would love to come back!

Everything is great !!!

We had 2 relaxing weeks in a very beautiful, well-kept complex! The accommodation was perfect and there was nothing missing! Giulio was always available for questions and a sympathetic nice host. We felt very comfortable. We will definitely come back!

We will be back!

Very nice, very clean and comfortably furnished holiday flat, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A "TOP" pool, sun loungers, parasols and even a barbecue is available. The small match at the table tennis table or the table football was also always possible with the child.
The holiday home is equipped with great attention to detail. We immediately felt very comfortable and look forward to seeing you again in 2023!

Beautiful accommodation to relax in

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The landlords are very nice and always available. The flat is modern and nicely furnished. The view of Lake Garda from the balcony is very beautiful
The pool with sunbeds invites you to swim and relax. There is always a shady spot to be found, which one also likes to use in July/August.
Our children also enjoyed playing table tennis and table football.
They also liked it very much, especially the beautifully designed, clean pool!
You can also put the sunbeds in front of the flat, so you have the shade of the house in the afternoon and you can look at Monte Baldo and see the cable car in the distance.
There are two washing machines, which can be used for a fee.
Bread rolls can be bought in Malcesine itself.
Unfortunately, in July/August, the air conditioners only managed to cool the rooms to a limited extent.

We had a very good rest and enjoyed our holiday!

Well-maintained, beautiful, small holiday complex

Very beautifully designed holiday complex with lake view. Everything was spotlessly clean and tasty. We were able to use the large pool even at the end of October. The location within a scattered settlement above the village is quiet and very beautiful due to the surrounding gardens. The furnishing of the apartment is simple but appealing. We especially liked the large balcony where we could enjoy the sun until the evening. We received a friendly welcome and were looked after attentively by our host the whole time. Thank you very much for that, we will be happy to come back.

Superb

We booked the place randomly in hope, we could find just a nice place to chill and explore the beauty of the Gardo lake.. but we were astonished by the beauty of the place! The appartment is great, clean.. the kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice dinner. The pool is great, clean. It took us like 20 minutes to the city, but if u like to walk and explore the nature, this is the place for you! The owner Giulio is the best! He can give you a hint where you can find a great and cheap local food; he also gave us a bottle of a great local spumante! Looking forward to stay at this place once again!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

We, as a family of 4, spent a week there. From the moment of our arrival until our departure, we were in the best hands of Giulio Chincarini. He also gave us great tips for excursions. The property is designed with great attention to detail. Everything is very clean. The location is perfect if you like to start hiking right away. You can also easily walk to the old town of Malcesine. We really enjoyed the peace up there. The apartment is very nicely furnished and from the balcony, you have a great view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. The pool is sufficiently large and beautifully designed. Our children didn't want to leave at all.
We definitely want to come back!

In a stunning location, away from traffic, new apartment, impeccable cleanliness, furnished with all comforts and a balcony from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the lake. The pool has loungers and umbrellas, and due to the small size of the property, guests can enjoy unique tranquility and privacy. The owners are kind and always available, nearby you'll find an excellent trattoria that you can easily reach on foot, offering typical local dishes that are finger-licking good.

Wunderschöne Lage

Beautiful location on a mountain with a great view over the lake. A 20-minute walk with sturdy shoes takes you right into Malcesine. A bus goes directly from the bus station up to 400m before the complex. The pool and peaceful location are perfect for relaxation. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. We had no concerns regarding Corona. The current rules in Germany are also followed here. Hand sanitizer is available on the premises, and there is enough distance from other vacationers. Cleanliness is highly valued here. In the city, masks are often worn in narrow streets. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the lovely stay! Nothing to complain about!

Small structure with 5 apartments located about 3 km from the center of Malcesine, internal parking, well-kept garden, beautiful pool with sun loungers. The apartments are tastefully furnished and functional, linens and towels included, impeccable cleanliness, small private garden with umbrella, loungers, table, and chairs perfect for dining outdoors. The available bicycles are in perfect condition, it would be ideal if they were electric. Owner is kind and helpful. Perfect holiday, we will definitely come back next year.

The entire property is well maintained with a lot of love and care. The diligent hosts are present and always approachable. The pool is a highlight, and the atmosphere in the apartments is delightful. From the balcony, we had a great view of Lake Garda. Thank you for waiting for us on the day of arrival! Excellent from all points of view.

My wife and I are often in Malcesine on vacation, and by chance, we discovered this small complex of 5 apartments with a pool. Initially a bit skeptical due to the price being below the average in the area, we had to reconsider. Everything was perfect: a new, very large, and impeccably clean apartment with a stunning lake view balcony, air-conditioned rooms, a lovely pool, and extremely courteous and kind owners. I recommend it, as it is difficult to find available spots. We have already booked 2 weeks in July for next year.
