Penthouse apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Favourable layout also for 2 families, as there are two bedrooms with 1 bathroom on both sides of the living room. Large living room with beautiful open-plan kitchen. From the living room view of the mountains, in the eye jumping around the observatory Europe-wide known Sonnblick. In a "children's room" there are two extra pull-out beds under the beds.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is part of a resort. The resort also has a small fitness room as well as a spa area and small swimming pool. Opening times and access cards are available at the reception. The house in which the penthouse is located is in a central good location of the resort with views in all directions as there are balconies on 3 sides. Under the resort there is an underground car park where you can park your car.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

In the village of Rauris you can hire equipment from Sport Egger and Pirchner Sport such as (e-)mountain bikes or buy hiking equipment. There is also a mountain guide in the village who offers his services for a fee. The Rauris Valley offers a lot of wonderful nature for hiking, biking or climbing. If you are more interested in playing golf then there are at least 10 golf clubs within a 1 hour drive. The nearest are Golfclub Zell am See, Golfclub Gastein and Golfclub Goldegg.
