Villa Chevalier is located near Kiotari, in the southeast of the island. On a hill with panoramic views of the bay below, secluded and absolutely private, no neighbouring buildings, surrounded by woods and meadows, yet close to the beach with tavernas, restaurants, shops. Modern, comfortable interior, large terraces and verandas. The owner attaches great importance to absolute cleanliness and hygiene. The house is professionally cleaned. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are washed on site with a high standard of hygiene.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and accommodates 6 guests (exceptionally up to 8).

Location and surroundings of object
Elevated position (30m above sea level) with panoramic view of the bay of Kiotari. Quiet, and absolutely private location. Adjacent to a pine forest surrounded by fields. However, not isolated, only a few minutes walk to the village centre and Kiotari beach, with tavernas, restaurants, shopping facilities. Relax without being disturbed or disturbing anyone.
Kiotari is located in the quiet south of the island of Rhodes. The place stands out for the pleasant local climate, the long, wide pebble/sand beach, the crystal clear water and the beautiful, natural hinterland. Beaches without end, beautiful, small villages. Only 12 km to the famous Lindos with the Acropolis and the lively nightlife.

Holiday with friends
Very good location. Somewhat secluded and with a good view of the sea. This can also be reached quickly on foot. Very nice garden. We were able to harvest fresh fruit :)
The landlord is super friendly and gives good tips.
You can explore the whole island by car.
All around a successful holiday

One week on Rhodes
We were lucky to be able to rent the villa for a week at short notice in the middle of the high season
The cut of the house is very modern, the furnishing is good and functional. We were even able to use our Netflix access. The evenings at the barbecue and the private pool were great. We will be happy to come back!

The best time of the year
We had the pleasure of enjoying a beautiful early summer time in this very well-kept house. The interior is very bright and friendly, with rooms flooded with light, sufficient closets, very good beds, mosquito nets on all windows, and blinds as well. The furnishings of the living room and dining room are tasteful and of good quality, as are the seating arrangements in the outdoor area. Beautiful cedarwood dining area with sun umbrella at the barbecue area and cozy seating under the covered loggia right in front of the pool. In the evenings, we grilled fish and meat from the nearby butcher, as well as herbs from the garden, almost directly next to the very well-kept pool, which is also suitable for children, and freshly picked mulberries. If you want to cook yourself, everything essential is available in the kitchen and of good quality. There is a good stereo system, and we didn't even turn on the really great television. In the detached property, you are completely undisturbed and unseen. In the garden, you will find lemon trees with ripe fruit, blooming apple trees and orange trees, and even a pear tree. You can reach the beach with crystal clear water in 10 minutes on foot - beautiful "soft" and round stones. You can eat well at Stefano's. The friendly landlord is not visible, but always available and very helpful if you need anything.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Schöne Insellandschaft; man lebt hier auf historischem Fundament. Die Bettenburgen sind ausreichend weit entfernt, so dass man damit nicht in Kontakt kommt und sie auch nicht sieht.
free time activities: Uns hat die Natur, der Strand und auch der schöne Pool vollauf genügt. Ansonsten ist Rhodos eine doch überschaubare Insel und man kann viel unternehmen.
shopping facilities: Ein guter Metzger und ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt und auch ein guter Konditor sind auch in max. 10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
