Beach vacation with dog

This was our first time in Julianadorp, the second vacation with a dog. The booking and handling were very professional. The key handover went smoothly and very friendly on site. The house is surrounded by large hedges in the quiet part of the park and completely fenced, so our dog could simply run around. In general, the area around Julianadorp is very well prepared for dogs. He was allowed into many restaurants. The beach is very close and easily accessible on foot. One of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands and, like the park, very well maintained and clean. In the house, we found everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything essential. In the cupboard, we found games and books for rainy weather. We found the house as described. The city can be quickly reached and is well stocked with shopping options. Den Helder and Schagen are within jumping distance. We had a nice week and certainly won't be the last time here.

Nice holiday home

We were in Julianadorp for the first time. The resort is really nice and great for children aged 6 and up to explore and play on their own. Many children there...the proximity to the beach is great!
The house is very nicely furnished and has everything you need. However, we did miss an oven. Since you have to cater for yourself, this would be a great tool! But as they say, necessity is the mother of invention.
Restaurants are also immediately nearby.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not as expected. There should be improvements in this regard. However, the very friendly landlady promised improvement. After all, the landlords themselves are not on site and also rely only on the cleaning staff of the holiday resort.
The children and we had a lot of fun and we will definitely come back! Best regards, Sabrina

Gut erholt

Location for beach holidaymakers is very good - also for people who like to cycle
super - cycling paths in Holland are always very well developed and absolutely "in good shape".

The house has a problem with ants - but it must be noted fairly that
this is not only the case in Holland but generally so -!

Price and performance are absolutely okay.

Very beautiful holiday home in a quiet location close to the beach.

In May 22, the two of us spent a fantastic week at Strandperle. The house invites you to feel good from the first moment. It is decorated in a Mediterranean/Maritime style, modern, and yet cozy. Everything is very clean and well-equipped. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The garden is not overlooked, ensuring privacy. In the evening, there was usually a concert of frogs from the small stream behind the house. The path to the beach can be covered on foot in about 10 minutes. There is an asphalt path through the dunes.

Mrs. Behr Heyder is available for questions and is an extremely courteous hostess.

We would love to come back again.

A house that welcomes you

It is located in a beautiful, secluded garden, on a quiet footpath, yet in close proximity to the on-site parking lot. The decor is cozy maritime, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the beds are fitted with extra-long and comfortable mattresses. Throughout the house, there is ample storage space for suitcases, clothing, etc., so that each item finds its hidden place. Additionally, everything is very clean, and you can enjoy your stay from the very first second. The beach is within walking distance, approximately 10 minutes away, and there are many excursion destinations. We will definitely come back! It is worth mentioning that even allergics will find a wide variety of options in restaurants and supermarkets. In Den Helder, McDonald's offers gluten-free burgers.

Enchanting accommodation in a relaxing environment

The house is comfortably furnished and very clean. The terrace is protected from prying eyes and invites you to relax and barbecue. The area offers opportunities for various activities, such as mini-golf, as well as the opportunity to simply relax.
Booking and processing were very straightforward. Shops for daily needs can be reached quickly by car or bike.

Echte Erholung mitten im Feriendorf

Located within walking distance to the beach along a beautiful path through the dunes and very centrally in the holiday resort, all prerequisites for a real relaxing vacation were given. The boys could go out in the evening to see if they could find someone to play football with, while we enjoyed chilling in the beautifully secluded and quiet location. The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished and everything is super well organized. We had great days in Julianadorp.

Very beautiful house in North Holland

We had a very nice and relaxing week in this holiday home. The house is very clean and well-maintained, tastefully furnished, and provides everything you need in a holiday home.

We were there with our four-year-old son. The facility is great for families with children and offers a great playground. The proximity to the very beautiful beach is also fantastic.

All in all, this holiday home is highly recommended.

Eine sehr schöne Woche in Julianadorp

The holiday home is very practical and comfortably furnished, with great attention to detail. I would like to emphasize the fully equipped kitchen, as I enjoy cooking. We also very much appreciated the fact that the property is enclosed from all sides by hedges and a gate. In many comparable properties in the holiday village, this is not the case. This not only provided good privacy but was also reassuring for us when our children were playing outside on their own. The landlady, Mrs. Behr-Heyder, was very helpful and always supported us promptly with all questions.
Overall highly recommended.

A holiday home to feel good :-)

From the beginning, we felt very comfortable with the nice contact to the landlady, who also had great excursion tips! The holiday home not only has a great location (close to the beach, very nice holiday park), but is also decorated with a lot of love and offers a real feel-good atmosphere. My boyfriend and I, both in our late 20s, felt very comfortable from day one. We lacked nothing: very well-equipped kitchen, high cleanliness, two toilets, and a separate bathroom including... Shower, a large living room, and two large bedrooms. On the terrace, we could enjoy the weather every day. The garden is well shielded from the adjacent houses. The way to the surrounding places (e.g., Callantsoog or Den Helder) is very easy to reach by car or bicycle. And we walked to the nearby beach for an evening stroll every night - just great!

We will definitely come back :-)

Perfect holiday home for relaxation

We really enjoyed our two weeks at the Strandperle house. The house is very practical and comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated in a maritime style. Unlike many houses in the holiday park, the terrace and garden are shielded from view and offer privacy. It is a maximum of a ten-minute walk from the house to the beach. The landlady is extremely friendly and responded quickly to any queries. Short: If you want to spend a nice vacation in North Holland, we highly recommend the Beach Pearl 203 in Julianadorp aan Zee.

A week in North Holland

We really liked the holiday home. Julianadorp is an ideal location for excursions, whether to Den Helder, Alkmaar, etc. The beach is very beautiful and easy to reach. Well-maintained premises, it's great that the toilets are separate from the bathroom. The kitchen facilities are excellent. We can only recommend the holiday home.

Strandperle

We had a wonderful vacation here with the family, took great beach walks, visited Texel and Alkmaar, simply wonderful - but also had fantastic weather...
The house is ideal for tall people, as the beds are long and the mattresses great! In addition, it is equipped with everything one could desire, which we couldn't even use everything in this one week.

Recovery succeeded - will come back

Dream weather and then a top holiday home. You can immediately tell that this house is not only rented out, but that the owners use it themselves. The attention to detail is evident time and time again. Details such as the extra-long beds were a great advantage for us. There was also a little bed and a high chair available for the toddler. You could sit outside on the sheltered terrace at lunchtime and enjoy your coffee. In the evenings, it got cool and it was wonderful to sit by the fireplace. We had a very good rest and will definitely come back - next time for 2 weeks. Oh, and on the first floor, between the bedrooms, there is a toilet. Since I am pregnant and have to get up at night quite often, it was wonderful not to have to go downstairs. Thank you for the lovely time in this house. See you soon with 2 children.
