Our newly built, alpine chalets in the premium segment are in a top location in the immediate vicinity of the Hochalm cable car and the centre of Rauris.
Directly at the house you have a carport as well as a parking place for your car. Furthermore, there is a storage room for your skis or sports equipment. For relaxation you have a south facing terrace in the middle of a beautiful and well-kept garden. In summer you can use sun loungers, parasol and garden furniture.
On the ground floor of the house you will find the generously designed and comfortably furnished living-dining area with large flat screen TV. When you return from your activities you can relax at the bar integrated in the kitchen. Furthermore, a guest WC is available on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with box spring bed, wardrobe, large flat screen TV and a balcony. Furthermore we have 2 modern and comfortable bathrooms on the upper floor.

Otherwise, cancellation is free up to 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the payment is due if canceled between 7 to 13 days before, and afterwards, 100% payment is required. Currently, we are handling the cancellation policy in a very guest-oriented manner.
