Our holiday home, completely renovated in 2017, offers you the perfect mix of modern comfort and North Sea coziness. ✨ Why you should spend your vacation with us:
• Pure wellness: Relax in our 2-person infrared cabin – a highlight, especially after a long walk on the dike on cooler days.
• Dog-friendly: Your four-legged friend is very welcome! Two dogs are generally possible. For more dogs, please inquire.
The garden is fully fenced (height 0.80 m – 1.50 m) and is available for your exclusive use.
• Family-ready: We offer space for up to 5 people. A children's room with a bunk bed, a handcart for trips to the beach, and a selection of games are available.
• Digital freedom: Fast broadband internet and Netflix are included in the price.
* The equipment in detail:
• Living and cooking: Fully equipped kitchen (stove with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, sparkling water maker, various small appliances) and a bright living room with a large sofa landscape. • Outdoor area: Private terrace with beach chair and garden furniture and barbecue as well as a large communal lawn for playing.

Friedrichskoog-Spitze has been recognized as a North Sea health resort. The mild sea climate is especially helpful for respiratory diseases.
The place is popular with many age groups:
Families with children appreciate the green beach and the gently sloping shore area with water playground. Seniors enjoy, especially outside of the peak season, the peace and the walking paths in front of, behind, and on the dike.
Dog owners are especially welcome. Dogs are allowed in the restaurants, and there is a dog beach and a dog exercise area in town. A dog forest can be visited in Christianslust (approx. 30 km).
Friedrichskoog-Spitze is an ideal vacation spot for all who want to escape the big crowds and spend relaxing days by the sea. In Friedrichskoog-Spitze you will also find the Nordseedeich Mother/Father-Child Clinic.
In autumn, the traditional "Kohltage" are an interesting experience. In addition, the bird migrations in autumn and spring are an impressive spectacle.

Pure relaxation

The accommodation "Wind and Cloud" leaves nothing to be desired.
The facilities were really great, nothing was missing. Everything was tidy and clean.

Very quietly located, so one could really relax well. It's just a shame that the dike was still closed and only accessible at certain places. But that should change soon.

In the village itself, unfortunately only dogs on a leash, but very close by there was a dog run. There, the dogs could really let off steam. We can highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back!

Beautiful vacation

The house was very nicely furnished. Very clean, one wouldn't have thought that pets were allowed there. A big compliment to the cleaning fairy. The kitchen was fully equipped, everything we needed was there. The paths to the beach, bakery, and restaurant were very short and still very quiet.
We will definitely book again next year.
Thanks also to the landlords who quickly sent us a new offer for next year upon request. We were informed before booking that the beach is still closed.

Super relaxation

We were in this wonderful holiday house for the second time. For a good reason. Here you have everything you need. We lacked nothing, and it was clean as well. The contact with the landlords is always super and warm. My mother wanted to spontaneously make a short stop with us, and we were immediately provided with towels and bed linen. We were very surprised that this was even possible. Thank you! We can only highly recommend Wind&Wolke and we will definitely not be there for the last time.

Vacation review

It is very beautiful here in Friedrichskoog Spitze. Unfortunately, the main beach is currently closed due to construction work. Despite that, we had a nice ten days here. The only thing I found very bad was that when you were outside, there were a lot of mosquito bites and they quickly flew into the house if the balcony door or other things were open. I would suggest putting fly screens in the entire house as an improvement. Now I also know that tenants do not always handle it very delicately and that one should consider it when the landlord invests in something like this, so that everyone benefits from it. But as they say, it's nice to go on vacation, but it's also nice to come back home.

Many thanks to the landlords, everything went so smoothly.

Wir hatten bereits Fliegenschutzgitter an Türen und Fenster angebracht, diese waren allerdings leider innerhalb kurzer Zeit beschädigt worden. So ist das eben, wenn die Gäste mit dem Inventar z. B. Fliegenschutz und installierten Rauchmeldern unvorsichtig umgehen.

In diesem Sommer ist es anscheinend überall ein leidiges Thema mit den Fliegen, aber so ist die Natur nun mal - auch wenn es lästig ist.

Die Deichbaumaßnahmen waren notwendig und wir haben ja auch rechtzeitig darüber informiert.

Wir bedauern die für uns doch relativ schlechte Bewertung und hoffen, diese mit unserer Stellungnahme etwas ins rechte Licht zu rücken.

5-star hotel

The holiday home Wind and Cloud is simply perfect. Everything you need is available and the landlord is reachable if something should happen and takes care of it. The house is very clean, you can't even tell that many dogs are coming in and out. The furniture, etc., everything fits well together and is very well maintained. I could finally sleep well on vacation because the mattresses were not worn out, as is unfortunately the case in many accommodations. We and our dog felt very comfortable there and recovered well. If it works out, we will vacation again in Friedrichskoog next year, of course only in the holiday home Wind and Cloud :-)

Simply great

First of all, thank you for allowing us to come with our four dog girls. The house is great. You are quickly at the dike and can walk wonderfully to the (Wadden) sea up to the dog beach. A large enclosed exercise area is also within walking distance. In general, you walk out and 50 m further there is flat land. Great. In about 30 minutes driving time is a 12 ha large enclosed forest for dogs. As a dog lover, you of course first focus on the dogs ;).

About the house:

Super equipped, clean, lovingly furnished. Nothing is missing. We felt completely comfortable and would have liked to stay longer :). A place to really relax.

Highly recommended

We felt very comfortable there. It is recommended for dog owners, as well as for families with children. Last year my daughter was there with her family, this year we are there with dogs. It is very quiet, you can't hear anything from the neighbors, and it is not far to the beach. The house has everything you need, including the kitchen.

Super holiday home

We felt at home as soon as we arrived at the house. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. There was even a full water bowl for our dog
Everything was available in the house that is necessary for the daily use of the house
I would even give the service 6 stars! The coffee machine had given up the ghost and was replaced in no time. Thank you for this. The exchange with the landlords before the holiday was very friendly and extremely nice.

Schönes, hundefreundliches Ferienhaus

We spent a beautiful week in the very cozy and comfortable holiday home with our two dogs. There was nothing missing, there are even basic bicycles available for free rental.
The cleanliness is also worth mentioning. There is a lot to see, and we miss the long walks on the dyke.
The only point of criticism is the quite high additional costs in winter due to the purely electrically operated radiators and hot water supply. We could not use the fenced and also beautifully equipped garden due to the season. Surely great in spring and summer. The landlords are extremely nice and helpful.

Leider müssen wir hier den Stromverbrauch, der über das kostenfreie Kontingent hinausgeht, extra berechnen. Evtl. können wir den Heizstrom umstellen, dann würden die Stromkosten geringer sein. Wir arbeiten an einer Lösung!
Wenn Sie unseren Garten mit dem eigenen Strandkorb nutzen möchten, dann kommen Sie doch einfach in einere warmen Jahreszeit zu uns ?.

Everything absolutely top

Starting with the super nice hosts, who do everything to ensure that their guests have a pleasant holiday. A super situated holiday flat in a top location, the flat itself leaves nothing to be desired and is super clean. This was definitely not the last time we stayed here and we are already looking forward to spending a few days here again.

Absolutely recommended....

Very nice, well-maintained holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Thank you very much for the wonderful holiday in your vacation home. We felt completely comfortable. Everything was lovingly decorated and nothing was missing. Even for rainy days like we had, there were various games and Netflix. Everything was beautifully clean and cozy. Also, the contact with the landlords was very friendly.

It was a great relaxing vacation.

The holiday home has everything you need to cook or feel comfortable. We spent lovely days there with 4 adults and our 3 small dogs. There are great farm shops nearby that we unfortunately discovered too late. In the village, there is a bakery, a few kilometers away there are Rewe, Edeka, a butcher, and a fish store. Washing machine and dryer are also available for a fee. The landlords respond promptly to any issues. The television was broken, a short call and in the evening we already had a replacement.
There are many excursion possibilities available.
You can walk for kilometers along the dyke.
Highly recommended for people with dogs as everyone there is very dog-friendly.

The only holiday disruption was the boss of the bicycle rental on site.
We wanted to go on a bike trip to Büsum and reserved 2 e-bikes with the employee in the shop. When we wanted to pick them up in the morning, the boss said there was no reservation, just a pre-booking. He works through the list gradually. So we left again without a bike because none were available. Please be careful here, but this only applies to the e-bikes. Otherwise, we can only recommend everything and we will come back again.

Yearly vacation

Dear hosts,
We spent 14 wonderful days by the sea in this very lovingly furnished house. Our children and our four-legged friend enjoyed it very much. Everything was as described in the pictures and the contact with you was always possible and courteous.
In conclusion, we have already booked for next year. The only thing we would point out is an insect screen curtain on the terrace door to keep these unwelcome stinging fellow inhabitants outside ;-). In general, this house with the hosts is absolutely recommendable.

Everything wonderful

The holiday home was exactly as we had imagined, not far from the dyke. It was also very dog-friendly, as there was a large fenced dog run not far from the house, and overall it was very pet-friendly. Unfortunately, some things were closed due to Corona or renovation measures. But despite everything, it was a very nice week.

Great location and great service

I was with my family and dog in a great holiday home. The location is fantastic, a very quiet semi-detached house, nothing was missing, both in terms of interior and exterior equipment. We had the feeling that someone here takes care of their guests, so that nothing is missing. The landlords are always available in case a problem should arise. A real plus is the second fully equipped bathroom. We will definitely come back!!!

Very spontaneous and super nice

We have never booked so spontaneously: we called in the morning, and in the afternoon we were there. A big thank you for making it possible! The house was clean, tidy, very well maintained, and had everything you need. The garden was small, but it didn't matter in November, and the dike was very close. We wanted to clear our minds of everyday life - it was the ideal place for that.

Eine tolle Zeit

The holiday home is very cozy furnished. It has everything you need available. The terrace offers comfortable chairs, sun loungers, a beach chair, and a super-fast grilling barbecue. Many games and books can be used during the vacation, taking into account different age groups and interests. The garden is small but sufficient. In addition, the children can also romp on a small playground between the houses. The holiday home is not far from the beach. We found the house very clean, you couldn't tell that sometimes "animal" guests also live there. The contact with the landlords was very nice both before and after the vacation. We really felt very comfortable in "Wind and Cloud."

Da wir selbst leidenschaftliche Brettspieler sind, möchten wir dieses "Kulturgut" am Leben erhalten und tun das uns mögliche dafür. Schön, dass Ihnen dies aufgefallen ist und Sie Freude daran hatten.

Wie Sie schreiben ist der Garten nicht sehr groß. Zumal ja noch die große Spielwiese und der übergroße Spielplatz "das Wattenmeer" nahezu vor der Haustür sind, ist er aber mehr als ausreichend.

Wir hoffen, dass Sie noch lange von den Urlaubstagen an der Nordsee zehren können und wünschen Ihnen und Ihrer Familie alles Gute.
