Electricity is charged according to consumption, because we have accommodated an air-conditioning system (also switchable to heat generation) on an electric basis in the bedrooms (upstairs/middle) and in the outside area, despite LED lights, one can generate considerable electricity costs due to the many installations (or not, ...if one switches off the lights during the day, for example :-) etc.) . There is also an electric stove in the living room, so that well into November and again in March a good living atmosphere can be created with few available resources.

Cancellation terms:

  • You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

For the past 2 years, the property has been systematically renovated and extended. Last year, an office was built in the rear part, but above all, the outdoor area was doubled in area and now you can also reach the pool level by vehicle (steep driveway). But there are also 1-2 parking spaces (or camper van) down the road. A fixed barbecue installation, a scullery with cold water connection and an additional parking/play corner were created in the outdoor area. Inside, the two main bathrooms were completely renovated.
