Great vacation home, very beautiful holiday.
The couple Eube is very friendly and helpful. They have created a very nice and cozy holiday home. The inn they run spoiled us with delicious Thuringian food. Good prices. Our favorites were the beef roulade, potato pancakes, and yeast dumplings with blueberry sauce.
We felt very comfortable all around. The vacation home was very clean.
Straight from the garden into the Thuringian nature. Wonderful. Hiking and great experiences. Here were our highlights: the Wartburg, the Trusetal Waterfall, Lütscher Dam, and the hike to the Schneekoppe with a great view. But there is much more to discover and it is easily accessible from Gehlberg. Our longest drive was 1 hour.

Beautiful time
We spent a relaxing week at Wurzelknuzel Haus. Everything was perfect for us and our dog. The house has everything you need, is clean and cosy. We were able to start all the hikes directly from the house, eat and drink delicious food on site in the evenings and have a chat with the hostess. We can highly recommend the accommodation

Great weekend
We rented the holiday home of the Eube family from 3.10.-6.10.2019 for a long weekend with our dog. Despite the rain, it was a good decision. Here you will find pure tranquillity. The hiking trails run right in front of the property. In just a few steps you are already in the forest. If you want to indulge in culinary delights, this is the place to be. Here they still cook with a lot of love and you can taste that. The hosts are very nice. We will definitely come back. Holger and Carola Schneider with dog Mala
