Description

new holiday flat for 2 to 4 people in Roßhaupten on the Forggensee, only a few minutes' walk to the lake and village centre. Beautiful farm, isolated location with a wonderful view of the Allgäu mountain range and green meadows and Neuschwanstein Castle. Wonderful for hiking and cycling. The cycle path around the Forggensee passes directly by the house. In winter, you can ski at the village's own ski lift. The Pfronten ski area is only 15 minutes away from us by car. We offer a lot for children (go-kart, giant trampoline, playground in the large garden, our Haflinger horses, help in the cowshed, our dwarf goats, table football, mini-shetty Hansi)

Location and surroundings of object

We are a famlienbetriebener farm with cows, calves, horses and on the outskirts of Roßhaupten in a wonderful secluded location overlooking the entire mountain range of the Allgäu countryside. The Lake is just a few minutes. The village of Roßhaupten is located about 10 km by feet in the Ostallgäu. The town is situated at the forggensee Lake and offers shopping facilities, numerous economies, many hiking trails, the cycle path goes to the forggensee Lake in our past, a beautiful park with miniature golf course, village green on which many shipping holidays take place immediately. For winter sports enthusiasts, there are many great skiing trails and a ski lift right on the spot. Great ski can be reached in 15 minutes.

Cancellation terms:

We adhere to the rights and obligations of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association. In the event of a cancellation, the lost time will be charged at 90% of the travel price if the apartment cannot be rented to someone else. If the cancellation is very last minute (up to 14 days before arrival), we unfortunately have to charge the full price. If we can re-rent the accommodation after your cancellation, the cancellation costs will be waived. In this case, we only charge a processing fee of 50 Euros. In the event of an unexpected cancellation, we recommend that you take out ERGO cancellation insurance including Covid-19 coverage. This also reimburses for instances such as a family member or a non-traveling relative contracting Corona, as well as in cases of officially mandated quarantine! We are usually very well booked and often find a replacement if the cancellation is not too last minute.
