Our farm is located on the outskirts of Roßhaupten above Lake Forggensee with a magnificent view of the Allgäu Alps. It is only a few minutes' walk to the Forggensee.
The flat has been completely renovated. The 4-star flat is equipped with 2 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, BAd, balcony.
An ideal environment for cycling, hiking, mountain climbing, swimming, horse riding or just lazing around. And everything is right at your doorstep. In winter, the surrounding area invites you to go skiing. Our village has its own ski lift, many great cross-country ski trails and the next largest ski area is only 15 minutes away from us by car.

Location and surroundings of object
Our farm is situated on the outskirts, about 5 minutes walk from the town centre of Roßhaupten, with magnificent views of the Allgäu Mountains surrounded by green Allgäu is nirgens nicer than ours in the King angle. Can the Forggensee from the farm on foot in about 10 minutes reach or in 3 minutes with the have in place a beautiful new swimming spot. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside the front door. An ideal resort for young and old.

Cancellation terms:
We adhere to the rights and obligations of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association. In the event of a cancellation, the lost time will be charged at 90% of the travel price if the apartment cannot be rented to someone else. If the cancellation is very last minute (up to 14 days before arrival), we unfortunately have to charge the full price. If we can re-rent the accommodation after your cancellation, the cancellation costs will be waived. In this case, we only charge a processing fee of 50 Euros. In the event of an unexpected cancellation, we recommend that you take out ERGO cancellation insurance including Covid-19 coverage. This also reimburses for instances such as a family member or a non-traveling relative contracting Corona, as well as in cases of officially mandated quarantine! We are usually very well booked and often find a replacement if the cancellation is not too last minute.

By the way, you have so views from the apartment directly from the balcony (mountain image). The other landscape is the local bathing area at the forggensee Lake, which can be reached on foot.
