| Minimum rental period: 6 nights General terms and conditions: Arrival: Daily possible from 15:00. Earlier arrival is possible in exceptional cases by prior arrangement. Departure: By 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. A later departure is possible in exceptional cases after prior arrangement. Minimum booking period: 6 days (on public holidays different regulations may apply, see homepage section "Apartment") 5 nights are also possible by prior arrangement. The local health resort tax ("Kurtaxe") is to be paid additionally according to the respective valid statutes. Rental contract conditions: By booking the desired rental period by e-mail, in writing or by telephone, you first offer to conclude a rental contract. The rental contract is concluded when your booking is confirmed by me by e-mail, in writing or by telephone. This makes the general terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions of the rental contract legally binding. The flat is intended for a maximum of 2 persons. 2 beds are in the separate bedroom. The rent is to be paid in cash on the day of arrival at the latest, as well as the due spa tax. You can also transfer the total amount - i.e. rent plus health resort fee - to the following account: Brigitte Buschbeck, IBAN DE14 2805 0100 0001 8282 50. The payment must be credited to the account at least one day before arrival. Please transfer in good time beforehand. You can withdraw from the rental contract by e-mail or in writing. In this case you will be entitled to compensation (cancellation fee), which is staggered as follows: For a withdrawal If the Corona Lage does not permit an arrival, a free cancellation is of course possible. up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 5% of the total rental price, but at least €25 up to the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price from the 29th day before the start of the rental period or in the event of no-show: 80% of the total rental price unless the hirer proves that no damage or a lesser damage has been incurred. Beautiful, clean apartment
The apartment is a good size for two people and is equipped with everything you need on vacation. It is quiet and yet you can quickly reach the bakery or the dike. The outdoor area that you can use is completely sufficient. Everything is very well maintained and clean.
The landlady is really nice and not intrusive at all. The town is not included in our review, as you can find out exactly what you want beforehand. We find Burhave and the surrounding area beautiful. It was a nice and relaxing time for us!

The holiday home has everything, we have already been guests at Mrs. Buschbeck's 3 times and were always received very nicely and friendly. A special plus point is the small pavilion with a roof and seating in the enclosed garden area. We will definitely come back.

Dream vacation on the North Sea
The only downside - 5 days were too short for this wonderful accommodation, the dream weather, and the well-known, good North Sea air.
The apartment is a gem, a lot of attention to detail has been paid, and everything is available here from the washing machine to the iron. Absolutely recommendable in all areas!!
