Jávea, in Valencian Xabia, is halfway between Alicante and Valencia. The exclusive tourist resort is situated between the "Cape San Antonio" and the "Cape de la Nao" at a bay. The historic old town and the harbour quarter with its many narrow lanes are reminiscent of the Middle Ages and the Moors. Worth seeing are the museum, the church "San Bartolome" and the avant-garde church "De Loreto" in the harbour,
the gothic market hall and galleries. Every Thursday the weekly market takes place in the centre of the village. Ask at the Tourist Office
after the many fiestas and events.

Dream house with beautiful garden grounds
We spent our holidays in this beautiful house for the second time this year. The garden area, with the large pool, is particularly noteworthy. The terrace offers a great view of the palm garden and the sea. The small breakfast terrace is lovely for enjoying the morning sun. The house has all the amenities one could wish for. The kitchen is very well equipped, including a dishwasher. The two rooms are spacious, the built-in wardrobes offer plenty of storage space. Both bathrooms are bright and friendly, with a shower and toilet. Even a washing machine is available.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, from which you can visit all the beautiful beaches and coves in a short time.
Javea itself offers a variety of restaurants and shopping opportunities. The old town with its charming alleys is also worth a visit. The landlords are very accommodating and extremely friendly. Inquiries are processed very quickly and competently. All in all, a successful vacation in a beautiful house, in a great location, and with landlords one can only wish for. Thank you very much for this relaxing holiday!

Feel-good house with fantastic pool, garden, and beautiful view.
We, 2 adults + 14-year-old daughter, stayed in this beautiful house for three weeks in August 2021 and felt very comfortable and at home from the beginning. The apartment is located on the upper floor and can be accessed via an external staircase or the rear house entrance. It is furnished in Spanish style and very nicely laid out. The two bedrooms are pleasantly large, and the built-in wardrobes offered plenty of space. The two bathrooms are modern, bright, and equipped with a shower and toilet. That our teenage daughter had her own en suite bathroom in her room turned out to be very practical. Everything was clean, and the kitchen had everything you need. From the top large terrace, there is a great view of the sea and the surroundings. Therefore, we had breakfast and dinner there. In the morning, the first thing was to go from the front (parents) bedroom through the double door to this terrace and enjoy the view, which we found great. The days at the really great and large pool, and the beautifully landscaped garden, have contributed a lot to our well-being. With the car, you quickly reach the nearby beaches or Javea. The climate in Balcon al Mar was very pleasant for us, and we found the constant light breeze during the day to be just right. The landlords are very nice and immediately take care if you need help. Thank you for the wonderful time. We would love to come back.

Fantastic holiday home in a beautiful location
We spent almost three wonderful weeks in this beautiful house with an impressive garden. Everything was there, and we lacked nothing. An ideal place to spend a day by the pool or explore the lovely neighborhood.
Javea is an attractive seaside resort with an old town center and a pleasant boulevard with several good restaurants. We had a very nice time and can truly recommend the house!
