The modern furnished holiday apartment has a size of approx. 42 sqm and consists of a living room with kitchenette, sofa bed for an additional person, dining area, television, a separate bedroom with double bed (160x200), a hallway, as well as a bathroom with shower.
The apartment includes a terrace where you can park your bicycles out of sight. The apartment has its own parking space for a car. Everything you need to feel comfortable is available: induction stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, dishes, cutlery, and glasses. A Wi-Fi network is available.
The apartment is designed for two people (and one child).

Location and surroundings of object
Schönhagen is located on the beautiful Schwansen peninsula in the municipality of Brodersby. Schönhagen offers variety in great surroundings in every season. In summer, a 1 km long (in the high season) guarded natural beach attracts visitors to swim, swim or SUP
The village is surrounded by a nature reserve (Schwansener See) and a steep coast on the Baltic Sea. Here you can take a walk or go on a bicycle tour (e-bikes can be booked at the Tourist Info) and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Small shops and bistros, cafes and a bakery are available on site. The nearby town of Kappeln ("Deekelsen") then offers the full range and can be reached quickly by car. Please refer to the map for the exact location of the village.

The beds are made up with fresh fitted sheets on the day of arrival. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. (Pets and smoking are/is not allowed in the flat.
The minimum rental period during the summer holidays (25.06.22 - 11.09.22) is 7 nights. Arrival and departure day is Saturday. I kindly ask for your consideration. Shorter rental periods for an extra charge by arrangement if necessary
After your booking, please transfer 25% of the rental price as a deposit and pay the rest in cash on the day of your arrival at the handover of the keys.
The 25% deposit is the cancellation fee due for cancellations made in writing less than 1 month prior to arrival. Should it not be possible for Corona Pandemic to commence the trip, the deposit will of course be refunded in full.
You can reach us via the A7 exit Rendsburg (exit 8) on the B 203 towards Kappeln/Eckernförde.

Wonderful accommodation, great contact
My son and I stayed in the holiday flat for a few days during my husband's rehab. Everything was just great. The communication with the landlord, the personal welcome and the flat, which was equipped with everything. It was very modernly furnished and lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable and the rehabilitation clinic was only three minutes away. In addition, the bus stops almost in front of the door and it is a quiet area near the sea. If we are here again, we would love to stay here again. A big thank you to both of you from Berlin.
