The house has a 20 foot 50 hp boat (2019 model) which can be rented for 600€ / wk
The boat has a depth sounder, GPS and chart plotter. Sea charts and automatic life jackets are also available
It is 50m to the jetty.
A filleting room is located on the ground floor, directly on the water. On its 12m2 there is a large filleting table, 600L freezer, corner for fishing clothes and a place for remaining fishing stuff. Running water and light are available. The filleting room is lockable
It is only 40m to the petrol station, which can also be reached by boat!
A doctor's surgery, post office and 2 grocery shops are 8 km away in the village of Aure.
