Villa Zelda is newly built stone villa in Liž Zelda is a complex of 9 identical villas.
The farm extends over 432sqm with a spacious 121sqm villa and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 + 2 persons. The villa is very charming furnished with the decorations that make you feel at home and spend a pleasant holiday in the accommodation. Villa Zelda offers 3 very bright and spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, with enough space for your personal belongings and one of the bedrooms has two single beds. In the villa are two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. The bathrooms are equipped with towels and living room is spacious and has two sofas with TV and fireplace and has a view of the large pool outside. The kitchen, which is fully equipped with kitchen elements, has a large dining table and a exit to the garden in pool. The farm is pleasantly furnished with garden furniture, barbecue, terrace with sun loungers and parasol next to a large private pool on the sunny side and of course offers you private parking.

The old fishing village Ližnjan is located in the south of the peninsula of Istria on the hill and overlooking the Kvarner bay. It is an ideal place for those who want to relax in peace and quiet but still want to be close to the sea and the beaches, as well as the entertainment and cultural offer of the region. You think something like that does not exist? Yes, Ližnjan. The town is located near one of the most popular resorts of the peninsula, Medulin with its sandy beaches.
