In our house we rent 4 apartments and studio apartment. in this advertisement we offer our two bedroom apartments. Apartment is on the first floor, it has cca 65 m2, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room with sofa that can be a bed for 1-2 people. In one bedroom we have a double bed and an extra bed, in the other bedroom we have a double bed. In both bedrooms you can put a cot. This apartment has balcony with beautiful view to the garden. Apartment no. 3 is on the second floor, it has cca 60 m2, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room with sofa that can be a bed for 1-2 people. Both bedrooms have double bed, cot can be placed in 1 bedroom. The apartment has a large covered balcony. In both apartments kitchens are well equipped, with dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob, cooking utensils, TV with satellite programs, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. We give our children beds and highchairs, bed linen and towels. Our accommodation is ideal for families with children because we have children's playground in the garden and many possibilities for children in our neighborhood.

Location and surroundings of object
As you can see in the photos our house is just a few minutes away from Paradis beach and town center in San Marino Lopar. Nevertheless we have large, quiet field with olive tree field, garden with children's playground, barbecue area and parking. We are only a few minutes walk away from first bakery, restaurant, shops, beach.

Absolutely recommendable!!!
We expected good and got excellent! Everything is new, beautiful, and very clean. The landlords are friendly and accommodating. Price-performance is top!!!
