Unit located on approximately half a hectare of land.
Renovated in 2000 and continuously improved in terms of furnishings.
The rooms are furnished with 2 single beds each, Sheets and towels are not provided. We only rent linens exceptionally (train or plane trips) or upon explicit request. The kitchen is equipped with a stove for cooking, refrigerator, cooking equipment, dishes, cutlery, cups,
coffee pot and filter holder for coffee, and upon request, other coffee-making appliances.
The veranda is equipped with chairs and a table for eating outdoors or simply relaxing.

Location and surroundings of object
The bungalow is located in the middle of a narrow peninsula between the lagoon and the Adriatic Sea, a few meters from the beach and half an hour away from the city of Venice.
Although close to tourist activities and various shops (pizzeria, restaurant, tobacco and newspapers, groceries, etc.), the bungalow, surrounded by greenery and a large garden of Mediterranean flora, is ideal for a well-deserved relaxing holiday.
Very close to the sea, with a short walk (150 meters) you can reach directly the 'wide, clean and free beach of the coast.
For those who bring their dog with them, there is the possibility to use the beach dedicated to our four-legged friends, about 250 m from the bungalow.

Boat trips and bicycle excursions are the pleasant alternative to discover unique environmental scenarios such as fishing valleys, salt marshes and pine forests, paradises for birdwatchers. Leaving the coast, we enter the ancient and charming lagoon villages of Ca' Savio, Ca' Vio, Treporti, Lio Grando, Lio Piccolo and Punta Sabbioni.
For lovers of art and history, you can reach Venice and its islands in a few minutes by private and public boats from Treporti or Punta Sabbioni.
for those who like the nightlife, in the nearby Jesolo will find shops, restaurants and discos open until late at night.

Absolutely dreamlike
Unfortunately we only have 3 nights in this paradise. The landlord is friendly and very accommodating. The bungalow was very clean and big enough for four people. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back next year.
