On the 5000m² large property there are a holiday house (75m²), 2 flats (à 65m²) and 1 studio with balcony (25m²)
and 1 studio with balcony (25m²). These are lovingly, comfortably furnished according to German standards, with air conditioning. The property is completely fenced in and offers plenty of space for children to play
and comfortable seating areas invite you to relax
The 30m² pool invites you to cool off after a day at the beach.
Cats and dogs live with the landlords on the property. Our guests are welcome to join us
accompany us on the daily evening walk with the dogs.
The barbecue pavilion is available to all guests.

On the outskirts of Afitos! Afitos is a fishing and farming village with approx. 1200 inhabitants! To the village 400m and to the sandy beach 800m! At the beach you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas.

In Afitos, there is a car rental, a scooter rental, and two ATMs. In the summer, the area is closed to cars from 5 PM, creating a relaxed atmosphere for walking. Afitos invites you to stroll, enjoy ice cream, or simply savor the day in one of the cozy cafes, bars, or restaurants. Numerous small shops offer a wide selection for browsing and shopping.

Absolutely recommendable
Very well maintained and clean accommodation, quiet location and yet the beautiful Afitos is within walking distance. Great big garden with beautiful pool. The hosts took great care of us. We have already booked with them again.

Just booked for the 3rd time. Was just as happy with my partner as with the group of girls. Charming hosts, quiet location and only a few minutes walk to the lively and cosy village with many restaurants and delightful bars. Pure holiday.
