Description
The holiday apartment is located about 1.5 km away from the Baltic Sea on a remaining farmhouse. Shopping facilities are available in the nearby Steinbergkirche and there are numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity through the bog, across fields, or to the beach. The apartment is located on the ground floor of an annex building and consists of a living room with a cozy sofa/armchair, TV, bookshelf, and fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and wardrobe, an eat-in kitchen with a fully equipped fitted kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom with a walk-in, spacious shower and hairdryer. A washer dryer can be used in the entrance area. In the same house, another holiday apartment is available, which can be booked additionally if needed and available.
In the outdoor area, the fenced garden and a terrace with a barbecue area can be used.

Gintoftholm is a small settlement about 3.5 km from Steinbergkirche, consisting of 6 houses and remaining farms. The holiday home is located on the ground floor of the annex on the rest farm. The view goes over the farm and the fields. There is a garden with terrace and barbecue and of course a parking space on the farm.

Cosy !
A very nice ,clean and cozy flat with wood stove and a great bathroom with large shower .The landlords are very friendly and accommodating . Beautiful countryside ,not far to the sea ,nice even in autumn .
