The spacious comfort apartment on the 2nd and top floor of our house features an open yet visually separated living-dining area with a comfort kitchen (dishwasher, automatic coffee machine, induction cooktop, multifunction oven, etc.), a large bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a separate walk-in closet, a second room as an office or bedroom with a comfortable folding sofa of approx. 1.40 m width, and a modern bathroom with bathtub-shower combination. Bed area of 140 x 200 cm, modern shower room with toilet and urinal, a large southeast-facing roof terrace and a west-facing balcony, both furnished. Additionally, there is an extra guest toilet available. The apartment has its own modern washing machine and a modern dryer. Of course, WiFi, satellite TV, and radio reception are available. In the garden, there is a separate sauna house and a luxury hot whirlpool, which can be used by arrangement and for a small fee. For long stays, our highly interesting, individual rental rate can be requested! !

Our house is located in a quiet residential area without any traffic noise, just a few meters from the forest and nature. Various stores and bakeries can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Marpingen has a performance center for gliding, the Marian worship site in Härtelwald, and beautiful topography. The neighboring municipality of Tholey, with the oldest abbey in Germany, and the county town of St. Wendel are only a few minutes' drive away.

Bed linen and towels can be brought along if desired, or you can opt for our comfort package, in which case the beds will be made and hand and shower towels will be provided upon arrival. In the nudist garden, there is a separate sauna house and a comfort hot whirlpool, which can be used by arrangement.
