The flat is approx. 27 sqm and has a bedroom for 2-3 persons (2 box spring beds, 1 wall folding bed), a bathroom, kitchen-living room with a sofa bed and a dining area, satellite TV and CD radio and a kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle). If required, an additional bedroom with a further bathroom (studio flat) for 2 persons and further bedrooms can be added or booked instead (lower price). The flat has a partly covered balcony with access to the old orchard.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet location (service road) in the district of Chalk Mountain (north-west of Lüneburg) on ??a 1000 square meter property, which consists mainly of lawn and old fruit trees. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The nearest bus stop is 3 minutes away. Within 5 minutes walk there is a small shopping center with Edeka market, pharmacy, bakery, savings and tobacco / stationery store.

additional information about rental price:
| 48 € is the daily rental price from the 2nd night for one person. The extra charge for the 2nd person is € 7 in low season and € 10 in high season, for the 3rd person € 17. The first night costs 40 € more, which includes the costs for preparing the flat, bed linen and WLAN. Towels can be rented on request (shower towel 2 €, hand towel 1 €). The accommodation tax of 4 % for the city of Lüneburg is added to the rental price; this tax is waived for work-related stays. |

On the ground and 200 meters we have to offer two 3-bedroom apartments. In addition, a large house for up to 8 people. Please check the availability calendar on our homepage on still available accounting periods. The price refers to an occupancy of 2 persons from the 2nd Night, other people and the extra bedroom for an additional charge.
