The 55m2 flat on the top floor is equipped with two rooms. Late sleepers will get their full money's worth in the luxurious box-spring bed in the bedroom. In the living and dining area there is a pull-out couch, so that the flat is also well habitable with three people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. In the daylight bathroom you will find a floor-to-ceiling shower, a WC, a washstand, a combination appliance (washing machine/dryer), a hairdryer and plenty of storage space. After stormy walks, the infrared sauna offers you a place to warm up and relax. Enjoy the panoramic view of Norddeich on the balcony already at breakfast and be there when the last sunrays of the day decorate the evening sky.

Super beautiful, superbly equipped apartment!
Absolutely new apartment with all imaginable comforts. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Very nice is the small selection of tea and coffee, spices, etc..... The central location with supermarket, restaurants and bakery nearby is ideal. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The car can be safely parked in the on-site parking lot. We felt very comfortable!
