Description

This villa with wonderful panoramic views is situated on a 3000 square meter plot, not far from Pazin. The property offers everything you need for a perfect holiday far away from everyday stress: a breathtaking panoramic view, a pool with deck chairs, a covered terrace including a barbecue and a playground for the children. The interior is also very spacious, with an open kitchen connected to the living and dining room. The villa consists of four bedrooms and five bathrooms - making it the perfect choice for a holiday for 10 people.
The distance from the object to the beach is 20 km and the distance to the centre is 3 km. The nearest grocery shop is 3 km from the holiday property. In 3 km you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Very clean

The house is very clean and has everything you need in a very beautiful environment with a lot of nature. The owner is a very nice, helpful, and accommodating woman. The pool was cleaned almost every day. The house is surrounded by fruit trees: cherries, figs, apples, plums, mulberries, and walnut trees. There are also many play opportunities for children. Behind the house are the mountains with a beautiful view, and in front of the house is the green valley. Those who like peace and privacy are exactly right here. A small supermarket (Studenac) can be reached in 6 minutes by car. Many different beaches, fish and farmers' markets about 40 minutes away. So far our nicest vacation. We will definitely come back.

Insane foresight

The location, the view, and the nature around the house are simply unique. Even when it rains (which was often the case for us), you can sit outside in the outdoor kitchen, and the vines on the terrace provide natural shade. Wonderful for those who love nature and seclusion. You can quickly undertake beautiful activities from there (Hum, Vela Draga, Opatja, endless hikes) and otherwise enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The landlords, or the landlord's parents, were incredibly warm and helpful. The house is super equipped and offers plenty of space, and the playground is great for children. There was even a large trampoline. For us, it was the perfect location for our family vacation.

Very good finca.

I was with 7 friends for 10 days in the finca and am very satisfied with everything. We deliberately chose a finca that is a bit remote, and therefore this finca was perfect for us. We found everything very clean. The rooms were all great. Each double room has its own bathroom. The outdoor area is also top. A large meadow where you can play great games and a wonderful pool. This one is nice and cool and provides a great cool-down in warm temperatures. You can cook and eat both indoors and outdoors. Especially in the evening at sunset, the finca offers a fantastic view into the distance! I would definitely come back.
