Villa JOZE, 175 sqm, is a self service accommodation for 9 people, with the large garden, nicely looked after, with the open swimming pool at disposal to the guests only.

1.000 sqm garden is also at your disposal. The villa is next to the place Žminj, in the inhabited village of few houses and is propitious for families with children or for couples.

The villa consists of a living room and four bedrooms, with three bathrooms,
the kitchen and the space for dining.
Conditioning and central heating facilities are provided.

Spacious fenced yard with children s playground and parking for 3 cars.

Highly recommended

We booked in a group with 5 adults & 2 teenagers (families of friends). Therefore, having enough bedrooms and bathrooms was important to us. The house offered exactly what we were looking for. The location is central, it takes about 30 - 40 minutes to get to all the beaches. The large pool was a great balance. We used and enjoyed it extensively. Tedi is a very accommodating and responsible landlord. For example, the pool water is regularly tested. He takes a lot of time for the handover and explains the surroundings and conditions. He also responds very quickly to questions, requests, and suggestions. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. It is fully equipped, even towels are provided in the bathroom. The environment is very quiet. Another highlight was the pool table and we also used the dartboard extensively. We definitely recommend Tedi and his house and would book it again anytime.
Many thanks to Tedi for a great time in his house.

Beautiful house

We were completely satisfied with our holiday home in Zminj. Everything was available that made our vacation perfect. The landlord was very helpful and always reachable for questions and information. We were 4 adults and 2 children in this house for 2 weeks, and we lacked nothing. There is a very nice pool area and a great seating area with a grill. We would book this house again! Thank you, Tedi, for the great vacation in your holiday home!

Everything tip top!

We had an excellent stay with family of seven, we felt thoroughly spoilt with accommodation. The location itself was perfect, super base for sightseeing within the Istrian Peninsula, especially Rovinj and Porec.
The house itself, spacious with a great design, cool and clean.
Very well equipped and well maintained....everything worked!
The air conditioning was very effective and the villa is situated away from the road so is especially private and safe for children.
Great pool and barbecue area.
The owner Tedi extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating, on hand 24 hours if required, the olive oil from the olive grove a delicious treat.
Would recommend this property, location and owner without hesitation.

Vacation

Teddi's villa is perfect for a family holiday. 9 (5 children & 4 adults) of us stayed here and there was ample space for us all. The Villa itself is very well equipped and is spotlessly clean! The pool, children's play area, BBQ and outdoor dining area is perfect. Tomisicki itself is very peaceful and secluded. The local shops are 15 minutes away and the villa itself is situated perfectly for trips to the regions beaches, historic towns and amusement parks. We all had a fantastic time here and would return.
