Luxury Villa Lucas is high-quality accommodation, fully air-conditioned, with free wi-fi, and offers all you need for a very comfortable stay for 14 people, and is located within short walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and others, in Podstrana the only 8km from famous town Split with great history and 15 km from Omiš and Cetina river with many activities.
All offered is exclusively for you providing fully private accommodation for 14 people, and here is a detailed floor organization:
Villa Lucas outdoor is located on the lower ground floor and offers a private, heated pool 8m x 4m, a sun deck area with 8 deck chairs, a comfortable covered outdoor dining area for 14 people, a barbecue, and a fully equipped summer kitchen.
At pool level, you are entering into a conference room/ fun zone with TV, table football, a room with a running trail and TV, a luxurious spa area with a steam room, shower and whirlpool, and toilet. At this level, there is bedroom No. 1 with views of the pool, double bed 180x200, TV, A/C, and en-suite bathroom.
On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms: Bedroom No2 with double bed 180cmx200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, A/C, sea view and Bedroom No 3 with bed 160cmx200cm, TV, AC and garden views. The ground floor offers and spacious living and dining area with a huge terrace with sea views and a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a shower.
The 1st floor offers a spacious living and dining room with a huge terrace and amazing sea views, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a Bedroom No4 with a double bed 180cmx200cm, an en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, and A/C. Bedroom No5 with double bed 160cmx200cm, TV, A/C, next to this bedroom is one more family bathroom with shower. Bedroom No6 with double bed 160cmx200cm, sea views, balcony, en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, A/C. Bedroom No7 with double bed 140cmx200cm, A/C.
The 2nd floor is not in use.
There are also 6 parking places at the property secured for your use only, one in the garage.

Due to Villa`s location and Podstrana`s interesting geographical features, tourists are offered various recreational facilities in nature, walking paths, hiking and cycling trails, or sightseeing of cultural and historical localities. Also, you can do various sports at the beach, and experience a well-organized active holiday like windsurfing, sailing, sports catamarans, waterskiing, and water skating. Or try riding horses only 4 km far with Enquino club, rafting at Cetina river 15km far (a must-do experience), taking a boat tour to island Brač…, and many more.

• Guest can cancel for free in 7 days after paying Booking deposit (owner makes fully refund)

Owners are running the restaurant Mario just across the street (20 m away), on the beach (see the photos). They also offer meal delivery to the villa if needed. Owners provide transfer service from the airport and back (not included). Located only 20m from the beach, you also have an underground trail to get to the beach, not crossing the street. The supermarket is next to the villa, 10 m away. This villa is a perfect choice for families, friends' vacations,s or a team-building organization.
