This modern holiday flat in a small flat house is in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the village of Meeschendorf on Fehmarn. Only a service road leads to the house. Enjoy the unique quiet location of the holiday flat in the south-east of the island.
Comfort and furnishings are a priority in this fantastic holiday home, so that it will be a successful holiday for the whole family. The fully equipped kitchenette has a large dining room table and a cosy fireplace. There is also a cosy sofa corner in the living room. From here you can access the huge roof terrace, which offers you an unforgettable view of the fields of Fehmarn and the adjacent Baltic Sea. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. A shower room/WC is of course also part of the flat.
You can reach the Meeschendorf beach on foot from your holiday flat. After a visit to the beach or a bike tour, take a seat on the south-facing roof terrace and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Meeschendorf on Fehmarn is a small village with various farms in the south-east of the island of Fehmarn. Due to the special location of the village, the Baltic Sea beach can also be reached on foot once. The stretch of beach at Meeschendorf is special because it is one of the few south-facing beaches along the entire Schleswig-Holstein Baltic Sea coast.
Book a holiday flat and you will enjoy many amenities that the village offers. For example, you can reach Meeschendorf's southern beach from your holiday flat on foot or via a well-maintained cycle path that takes you to Burg or Staberdorf.
A well-known excursion destination on Fehmarn, such as Adventure Golf, can be reached on foot from a rented holiday home in Meeschendorf. But a holiday home is also ideal as a starting point for various excursions by bike.

Relaxing holiday with a dream view
We spent 5 nights as a couple in this great holiday flat. From the booking request to the handing over of the keys, everything went smoothly and without complications. There was only one small setback when we had to carry our luggage and shopping from the car park up to the 2nd floor into the apartment. A (foldable) trolley that you can store in the bike shed (TOP) would be great.
But the quiet surroundings and the great view from the beautiful roof terrace immediately ushered in the holiday feeling. We would particularly like to highlight the very comfortable beds, the very spacious shower, the wood-burning stove, the beach chair (for the windy days) and the lockable bike shed. The owners have shown very good taste in furnishing. We also missed a few things and we would be happy if maybe one or two things were implemented.
On the roof terrace: seat backs for the metal chairs, 2 loungers for sunbathing or a seating lounge. There would be enough space. In the kitchen: cutting boards, garlic press, citrus press, more larger plates and beer glasses, knife sharpener. A bigger freezer (about 30-40 litres) for a longer stay would also be great. We enjoyed the apartment and the great surroundings and hope to be guests again soon. Fehmarn is always worth a visit.
