The flat, which was renovated in 2016, was given a colour makeover and a completely new shower room in January 2019
The flat, which was lovingly designed, has a master bedroom with a double bed (1801x200) and TV. The open fully equipped kitchen in the living-dining area leaves nothing to be desired. A large cupboard in the entrance area offers enough space for your personal belongings. The separate children's room has a bunk bed. The entire holiday flat is equipped with a trendy designer vinyl floor.
In addition to the filter coffee machine, the flat has a Cafissimo capsule machine from Tschibo.

Location and surroundings of object
The scenic and urban combination of Heiligenhafen is unique on the entire German Baltic coast.
The Baltic Sea has long sandy beaches, a rocky coastline and a 430-metre-long sea bridge.
Unique to Heiligenhafen are the inland lake, Steinwarder and the adjoining Graswarder nature reserve with its bird sanctuary and breeding area for countless bird species.
Well known far beyond the borders are the multi-award-winning marina with its charter facilities and the harbour with its fish and grain handling and fishing cutter fleet.
Adjacent to the harbour is the old town with its museum, the 830-year-old town church and many shops. The many different restaurants are looking forward to your visit. On the market square you can watch the hustle and bustle from the local cafes and restaurants. The nice thing about Heiligenhafen is that there are plenty of parking spaces within a few minutes' walk of the market square. The circular walk around the Binnensee with its promenade and playgrounds as well as ample seating invites you to relax. At the same time, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Binnensee.

Very nicely furnished apartment with beautiful views
Very beautiful apartment on the 13th floor with a very nice view of the Baltic Sea.
