ATTENTION, total frustration and disappointment.
Accommodation has been booked. The rental agreement has been sent and the apartment, including the deposit I made, has been confirmed. On the day of arrival, we wanted to coordinate the final handover of the apartment about 2 hours before arrival. Unfortunately, the landlord is not reachable by phone. There was at least a reaction to our message via WhatsApp. How and where we booked, there would be no arrival today (Sunday, 13. 09. 2026). All data regarding the booking, rental agreement, and the deposit included. Confirmation messages were sent via WhatsApp by me to the landlord.
After that, there was again no telephone accessibility. To our surprise, a message came via WhatsApp: "Cannot find booking, looking for an alternative accommodation for 2 days. But what about the rest of the week (booked time). We requested a refund of the deposit.
On Monday (14. 09. 26), the message came that we could have the apartment from Tuesday (15. 09. 26). For your information: The apartment was assured to us for the period Sunday 13. 09. to 19. 09. 2026 by confirmation of the deposit and sending of the rental agreement. However, unfortunately, we could only have it from 15. 09; a full 2 days later. I need not mention how difficult it is to obtain adequate accommodation at short notice. Since the handover of the apartment was refused at the agreed time, we have withdrawn from the contract in writing via the portal and WhatsApp. The landlord has assured us that she will refund the deposit. Despite the PROMISE, the amount has not been received to this day (22. 09. 2026).
The landlord is unreliable in our case. Not recommended.
I feel compelled to hand the matter over to my lawyer and file a police report. Unfortunately!

Great location!
One of the two showers is so small and the entrance so narrow that a slim adult cannot get in. Maximum possible for a child of 10.
The Italian style coffee maker, the toaster and the washing machine that were supposed to be in the flat according to the description were not there. In the bedroom there was a lot of white short hair on the dark pillowcase (possibly from a cat). The toilet was also not hygienic. The underside of the toilet seat was not cleaned.

Excellent base overlooking the Harbour
Modern apartment overlooking the harbour. Ideal for being in the bustle of the town, surrounded by bars, restaurants etc. Large lounge, 2 good size bedrooms & 2 shower rooms (the showers are small). Kitchen adequate, you'll eat out most of the time.
Silvia, the owner, is very knowledgeable about the area, and looked after us very well. Communicated with us very well, and was on hand to welcome us.
Highly recommended.
