Our holiday flat is approx. 57 sqm. in a detached house by the forest. Ideal for trade fair guests, fitters, people looking for peace and quiet, bikers, motorcyclists, small families and best agers. By car you can reach the Maschsee in Hannover in 17 minutes or the Steinhuder Meer in 20 minutes. The renovation was completed in April 2017
Enjoy the hospitable atmosphere and feel at home in our sunny, quiet, newly renovated granny flat / flat with kitchenette and private terrace.
You have a beautiful view of the Calenberger Land and the Deister.
The kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a small oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, various spices. So it is perfect to prepare your own breakfast.
You come directly from the living room into your garden with a beautiful view, over the Calenberger Land and the Deister
Here you can enjoy every sunset. In the garden you will find a beach chair, table, chairs, parasol, benches and a barbecue.
In the bedroom, the futon beds are additionally equipped with a memory topper, which promises a restful sleep
We offer our guests, with a booking of at least 5 days, a free towel change on the 3rd day.
In the bathroom, with a view of the forest, the underfloor heating provides a pleasant temperature.
The bedroom and bathroom are equipped with fly screens in front of the windows.

Our holiday flat is located in 30989 Gehrden on the Benther Berg in Lower Saxony, Hanover region in the Calenberger Land.
You can reach us easily from the A2 and A7 in 15 minutes via the B65.
Here the world is still in order. There is a variety of birds and plants in our beautiful forest. 5 minutes walk away is the Via Campana an Italian restaurant / pizzeria with beer garden and Mediterranean cuisine. Alfonso also fulfils requests that are not on the menu. 10 minutes walk around the mountain is Cafe Kreitz, a German restaurant with coffee terrace and lunch at weekends.
In Gehrden, about 1.5 km away, there are nice cafés, restaurants, a shopping area with organic food shops, hairdressers, ice-cream parlours, clothes shops, goldsmiths
Gehrden has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a renovated modern hospital. Discounters and organic food shops are 1 km away.
Transport
Bus connection line 580 and 532 to Hanover, line 523 to Weetzen to the Park and Ride S-Bahn station, tram to the trade fair and to the railway station runs from Empelde approx. 5 km away.

Great holiday apartment
Very nice holiday apartment completely equipped, so we didn't need to bring anything extra; everything was available for the children as well. Beautifully furnished and kept very clean. The hosts are super nice and welcomed us wonderfully; we felt very comfortable with them and would always check in with them again.
