Description
The holiday home Casa Natalie is located on the Andalusian "Costa de la Luz" (Atlantic / Cádiz region). The house has two terraces and the pool area is in good sunshine. Your holiday home was newly renovated in July 2018 can accommodate 8 people (max 10 people on request). There are 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with single beds see photos). The house has 3 bathrooms (1 with bath, the other two with shower). The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Towels and sheets are all included in the rental price and are available. The beach towels may also be shared. There is a cooler, a beach umbrella, small electric grill, even these things may be shared, here is only the rule what is broken or lost is replaced, we think that's fair.
There are also board games that can be used. (eg Kniffel, Bonanza, Malefiz, Poker, 4 wins, Rummy cup)
The sea can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. (Playa de la Barrosa and Playa Roche)
Supermarket, bank, pharmacy, gas station and numerous restaurants are nearby. (10 min.)

Holiday home Casa Natalie is located in Chiclana de la Frontera in the south of the Bay of Cádiz, 26 km southeast of the provincial capital on the N-340 national road and the A48 Cádiz-Málaga motorway. Closer neighbor towns are Conil de la Frontera, a former fishing village, San Fernando and Vejer de la Frontera, one of the white villages. Over the past decade, Chiclana and especially the resorts of Playa Barrosa and Novo Sancti Petri have become tourist resorts. The numerous golf courses make the place attractive for those interested. During the winter months, most hotels are closed. The season starts regularly for the Easter week. Then open all 27 major hotels only a few days delayed. Chiclana is also known for its many small bodegas, which show how the typical Chiclana wine is made. The beach "Playa de la Barrosa" is 8 km long and extends from the slope that separates it from the beach Sancti Petri, to Loma del Puerco.
Due to the extension of the beach can be divided into three sections, namely "Primera, Segunda y Tercera Pista". The first section features a long coastal promenade with shops, restaurants, relaxation areas and gardens. Along the second section are housing estates. The third connects to the beach of Novo Sancti Petri, where most of the hotels are located.

Wonderful vacation home
Dear Natalie, dear Jörg with family,
your finca "Casa Natalie" is a dream destination for a relaxing vacation. The house is very well equipped, the kitchen is very large and spacious for preparing a delicious breakfast and great dishes with several "chefs." The lack of visibility in the lounge and grill area and the large pool also ensures privacy. The contact with you was very friendly and also helpful when it came to questions about restaurants and the surroundings. When the coffee machine broke down, a new one was delivered right away - everything really fit!
- We must also mention the nearby dream beaches in Conil and Chiclana - perfect for beach walking -
We can 100% recommend your beautiful accommodation on the Costa de la Luz, and we would also love to come back ourselves.

Beautiful vacation
Dear Natalie, dear Jörg,
thank you once again for a wonderful holiday in your great vacation home. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful large pool, the lovely terrace, the ample space inside and around the house, of course the fully equipped kitchen, and the loving decor that reflects how much heart and soul you have put into your paradise. It was wonderful that we could be part of it.
Sure... It's a bit further to the beach (15 min) or to the nightlife in Chiclana / Sancti Petri, but you have peace in the evenings and can also spend relaxed days just by the pool. We valued that more and really enjoyed it. On the positive side, there's almost direct access to the highway from Seville to Tarifa, which is a big advantage if you want to do something in the nearby or further surroundings... all attractions and sights (Cadiz, Jerez, Tarifa, Seville, . . . ) are also easily and quickly accessible.
We had a wonderful vacation, felt very comfortable, and would love to come back to your holiday home.
PS: A big thank you also for the always very warm communication between us, the completely uncomplicated handling from the inquiry to booking to our stay, as well as your "insider" tips for activities and restaurants. Stay healthy and good luck to you all!

Pure holiday - always a pleasure
With this holiday, we achieved our goal of "switching off, getting away from it all, soaking up the sun and enjoying the flair of Spain" 100%. Casa Natalie is an accommodation where nothing was missing. Here you can let everyday life be everyday life. The beach and shopping facilities are only 10 minutes away, so it's no further than home. ? We can only recommend Casa Natalie and everything around it. Therefore we will definitely come back. ?

Wonderful family holiday
We had a very nice time as a family at Casa Natalie. From the washing machine and dryer to the baby pool and travel cot, we wanted for nothing. The equipment in the finca was top! Natalie and Jörg provided us with excellent information in advance and gave us great tips on beaches, shopping, restaurants and activities. If we had any questions, they were always available immediately. The pool and garden are also maintained daily and are very clean. We even had the opportunity to play different games every evening, as there were some board games available. There was also a table tennis arena, a barbecue area, sun loungers, a large trampoline, lots of books and a hammock
A few minutes walk away is a beautiful park, there is even a small playground
There are beautiful beaches, bays and towns to explore in the area.
We are already making plans for another stay

Girls' holiday
We had a wonderful week in Villa Casa Natalie. The house is super equipped. The beach is fantastic and we had a lot of fun together. Everything worked out and it was very relaxing. We also had a fantastic horseback ride on the beach. We will definitely do it again!

eure Finca "Casa Natalie" ist ein Traumziel für einen entspannten Urlaub.
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Küche sehr groß und geräumig für
ein leckeres Frühstück und tolle Gerichte zaubern mit mehreren "Köchen".
Auch die Uneinsehbarkeit beim Lounge- und Grillbereich und dem großen Pool sorgt
für Privatsphäre.
Der Kontakt mit euch war sehr freundlich und auch hilfreich, wenn es um
Fragen zur Restaurants und er Umgebung ging. Als die Kaffeemaschine streikte,
war kurzerhand eine neue geliefert worden- wirklich alles hat gepasst!
- Erwähnen müssen wir an dieser Stelle auch die nahegelegenen Traumstrände in Conil
und Chiclana- zum Strandwandern top geeignet -
Wir können euer schönes Domizil an der Costa da la Luz zu 100% weiterempfehlen,
und kommen auch selbst gerne wieder.
wir bedanken uns noch einmal für einen wunderschönen Urlaub in eurem tollen Ferienhaus. Besonders gefallen hat uns der wunderschön große Pool, die tolle Terasse, der viele Platz im und um das Haus, natürlich die voll ausgestattete Küche und die liebevolle Einrichtung, bei der man spürt, wieviel Herzblut ihr in euer Paradies steckt. Schön, dass wir daran teilhaben konnten.
Klar...es ist etwas weiter zum Strand (15 min) oder zum Nachtleben nach Chiclana / Sancti Petri, dafür hat man aber abends seine Ruhe und kann auch sonst ganz gechillte Tage mal nur am Pool verbringen. Uns war das mehr wert und wir haben es sehr genossen. Positiv ist auf der anderen Seite die fast direkte Anbindung an die Fernstraße von Sevilla nach Tarifa, was ein großer Vorteil ist, wenn man etwas in der näheren oder weiteren Umgebung unternehmen möchte...alle Attraktionen und Sehenswürdigkeiten (Cadiz, Jerez, Tarifa, Sevilla,...) sind so auch leicht und recht schnell erreichbar.
Wir hatten jedenfalls einen wunderschönen Urlaub, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder mal in euer Ferienhaus.
PS: Ganz lieben Dank auch für die jederzeit ganz herzliche Kommunikation zwischen uns, die völlig unkomplizierte Abwicklung von der Anfrage über Buchung bis zu unserem Aufenthalt sowie eure "Insider"-Tipps zu Unternehmungen und Restaurants. Bleibt gesund und viel Glück für euch alle weiterhin!

Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ist ein wunderschöner Park, da ist sogar ein kleiner Spielplatz.
Es gibt in der Gegend wunderschöne Strände, Buchten und Städte zu entdecken.
Wir schmieden schon Pläne für einen weiteren Aufenthalt.
Auch die Küche ist vollausgestattet, das habe ich in einem Ferienhaus selten so umfangreich gesehen.
Wir fliegen seit vielen Jahren in die Gegend, hatten jedoch noch nie eine solch schöne Unterkunft. Eine schöne ruhige Siedlung mit freundlichen Nachbarn und einer schönen Landschaft die zu abendlichen Spaziergängen einlädt.
Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Gärtner kommt regelmäßig vorbei und kümmert sich um einen sauberen Pool und den Garten.
Sowohl der Kontakt zu Natalie für die Buchung und Anreise als auch der Kontakt vor Ort mit Tanya war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir einen freien Buchungsslot erwischen :-)

Es hat uns (2 Erw., 2 Kinder 12J und 9.J.) in den 14 Tagen hier an wirklich nichts gefehtlt und wir konnten die Seele baumeln lassen und uns richtig gut erholen.
Glückliche Kinder (toben im Pool, Trampolin springen, Tischtennis spielen usw. ) = glückliche Eltern :).
Ein großes Dankeschön an die tollen Vermieter Natalie und Jörg, die auf Nachfrage immer die richtigen Tipps parat hatten (Mar y Monte, Stadt Conil, Tipps zu Stränden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten..) und durch die wunderschöne Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Casa Natalie für den perfekten Wohlfühlfaktor gesorgt haben. Getreu dem Motto "mi Casa es su casa"
Es war sicherlich nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in der Casa Natalie

Wir sagen danke und kommen eure Casa bald wieder besuchen.
Da wir dort mit einer größeren Gruppe Urlaub gemacht haben, konnten wir uns bequem sogar einige Stunden aus dem Weg gehen, wenn wir unsere Ruhe haben wollten. Sehr großzügige Wohnfläche.
Zudem sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Also absolut empfehlenswert!!!
Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet es fehlte uns an nichts!!!
