Description

The holiday home Casa Natalie is located on the Andalusian "Costa de la Luz" (Atlantic / Cádiz region). The house has two terraces and the pool area is in good sunshine. Your holiday home was newly renovated in July 2018 can accommodate 8 people (max 10 people on request). There are 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with single beds see photos). The house has 3 bathrooms (1 with bath, the other two with shower). The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Towels and sheets are all included in the rental price and are available. The beach towels may also be shared. There is a cooler, a beach umbrella, small electric grill, even these things may be shared, here is only the rule what is broken or lost is replaced, we think that's fair.
There are also board games that can be used. (eg Kniffel, Bonanza, Malefiz, Poker, 4 wins, Rummy cup)
The sea can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. (Playa de la Barrosa and Playa Roche)
Supermarket, bank, pharmacy, gas station and numerous restaurants are nearby. (10 min.)
Nearest airports: Jerez de la Frontera 53 km, Seville 136 km, Malaga 214 km
Long term rental in the off-season possible, ask for price

Location and surroundings of object

Holiday home Casa Natalie is located in Chiclana de la Frontera in the south of the Bay of Cádiz, 26 km southeast of the provincial capital on the N-340 national road and the A48 Cádiz-Málaga motorway. Closer neighbor towns are Conil de la Frontera, a former fishing village, San Fernando and Vejer de la Frontera, one of the white villages. Over the past decade, Chiclana and especially the resorts of Playa Barrosa and Novo Sancti Petri have become tourist resorts. The numerous golf courses make the place attractive for those interested. During the winter months, most hotels are closed. The season starts regularly for the Easter week. Then open all 27 major hotels only a few days delayed. Chiclana is also known for its many small bodegas, which show how the typical Chiclana wine is made. The beach "Playa de la Barrosa" is 8 km long and extends from the slope that separates it from the beach Sancti Petri, to Loma del Puerco.
Due to the extension of the beach can be divided into three sections, namely "Primera, Segunda y Tercera Pista". The first section features a long coastal promenade with shops, restaurants, relaxation areas and gardens. Along the second section are housing estates. The third connects to the beach of Novo Sancti Petri, where most of the hotels are located.

The coastal zone preserves its dunes and natural vegetation. Thus, in addition to the beach itself various landscapes have been preserved.

Wonderful vacation home

Dear Natalie, dear Jörg with family,

your finca "Casa Natalie" is a dream destination for a relaxing vacation. The house is very well equipped, the kitchen is very large and spacious for preparing a delicious breakfast and great dishes with several "chefs." The lack of visibility in the lounge and grill area and the large pool also ensures privacy. The contact with you was very friendly and also helpful when it came to questions about restaurants and the surroundings. When the coffee machine broke down, a new one was delivered right away - everything really fit!
- We must also mention the nearby dream beaches in Conil and Chiclana - perfect for beach walking -

We can 100% recommend your beautiful accommodation on the Costa de la Luz, and we would also love to come back ourselves.

Beautiful vacation

Dear Natalie, dear Jörg,
thank you once again for a wonderful holiday in your great vacation home. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful large pool, the lovely terrace, the ample space inside and around the house, of course the fully equipped kitchen, and the loving decor that reflects how much heart and soul you have put into your paradise. It was wonderful that we could be part of it.
Sure... It's a bit further to the beach (15 min) or to the nightlife in Chiclana / Sancti Petri, but you have peace in the evenings and can also spend relaxed days just by the pool. We valued that more and really enjoyed it. On the positive side, there's almost direct access to the highway from Seville to Tarifa, which is a big advantage if you want to do something in the nearby or further surroundings... all attractions and sights (Cadiz, Jerez, Tarifa, Seville, . . . ) are also easily and quickly accessible.
We had a wonderful vacation, felt very comfortable, and would love to come back to your holiday home.
PS: A big thank you also for the always very warm communication between us, the completely uncomplicated handling from the inquiry to booking to our stay, as well as your "insider" tips for activities and restaurants. Stay healthy and good luck to you all!

Pure holiday - always a pleasure

With this holiday, we achieved our goal of "switching off, getting away from it all, soaking up the sun and enjoying the flair of Spain" 100%. Casa Natalie is an accommodation where nothing was missing. Here you can let everyday life be everyday life. The beach and shopping facilities are only 10 minutes away, so it's no further than home. ? We can only recommend Casa Natalie and everything around it. Therefore we will definitely come back. ?

Wonderful family holiday

We had a very nice time as a family at Casa Natalie. From the washing machine and dryer to the baby pool and travel cot, we wanted for nothing. The equipment in the finca was top! Natalie and Jörg provided us with excellent information in advance and gave us great tips on beaches, shopping, restaurants and activities. If we had any questions, they were always available immediately. The pool and garden are also maintained daily and are very clean. We even had the opportunity to play different games every evening, as there were some board games available. There was also a table tennis arena, a barbecue area, sun loungers, a large trampoline, lots of books and a hammock
A few minutes walk away is a beautiful park, there is even a small playground
There are beautiful beaches, bays and towns to explore in the area.
We are already making plans for another stay

Girls' holiday

We had a wonderful week in Villa Casa Natalie. The house is super equipped. The beach is fantastic and we had a lot of fun together. Everything worked out and it was very relaxing. We also had a fantastic horseback ride on the beach. We will definitely do it again!

A wonderful girls' holiday

It finally worked out and we were able to spend our girls' holiday, which we had been planning for so long, in the beautiful Casa Natalie. As soon as we arrived at the house, I immediately felt at home. A lovingly furnished casa with a beautiful large kitchen, where nothing was missing. I have rarely found such a well-equipped kitchen in a holiday home. The large dining area where we spent the one or other game evening. Lovingly furnished bedrooms and a super nice well-kept garden with a great pool, which we used extensively. And the most important thing: enough space for us 7 girls! Natalie is a wonderful hostess who cares about the well-being of her guests. Tanja also helped us with one or two problems - especially with communication - in a very uncomplicated way. We did a lot during the week, because we wanted to see something of the beautiful place where we were. Natalie had great tips and we had really good meals and explored the beautiful beaches. My absolute highlight, however, was going out to and with Moni and her super lovely horses, especially in the early morning through the forest and then riding on the beach. A childhood dream come true! All in all, it was a very successful week and I am already looking forward to 2023, when we girls will travel to beautiful Andalusia and Casa Natalie again.

A wonderful holiday

Casa Natalie is a holiday home where no wishes remain unfulfilled. Very comfortably furnished with spacious bathrooms, bedrooms and living-dining area. The fitted kitchen lacks nothing. The pool and the garden are simply fantastic. The beach is only a few minutes away.

Fantastic family holiday at Casa Natalie

We had the pleasure of spending 2 wonderful weeks at Casa Natalie this summer. There were four of us (2 adults, 1 three year old and 1 six year old). The facilities exceed all expectations. The house is lovingly furnished and there is no lack of leisure activities. There are games for the whole family, enough ping-pong paddles and balls, pool equipment for everyone, books for the quiet moments and the trampoline invites the children to let off steam in the evening
The kitchen is also fully equipped, which is something I have rarely seen so extensively in a holiday home

We have been flying to the area for many years but have never had such lovely accommodation. A nice quiet settlement with friendly neighbours and a beautiful landscape that invites you for evening walks

The house and grounds are very clean and well maintained. The gardener comes by regularly and takes care of a clean pool and garden
Both the contact with Natalie for booking and arrival and the contact on site with Tanya were very friendly and helpful

We will be happy to come back if we catch a free booking slot :-)
Definitely recommend!!!

All around carefree

We had a wonderful holiday with our children. The children could let off steam in the pool, trampoline, table tennis, etc.. There were also all the German TV channels available. The house is very well equipped. The German housewife wants for nothing here. Everything is generously furnished. Air conditioning and ceiling fans make the stay very pleasant in high temperatures. The area has several beautiful beaches in different facets. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday. The constructive communication with the landlords Natalie and Jörg is to be mentioned positively and also the house manager Tanja is available with good tips and has an open ear for everything.

Family vacation 2020

Great weather, great beaches and a super fantastic holiday home!
- What more could you want ;)

In the 14 days we were here, we really lacked nothing and we were able to relax and unwind properly.
Happy children (playing in the pool, jumping on the trampoline, playing table tennis, etc.) = happy parents :).

A big thank you to the great landlords Natalie and Jörg, who always had the right tips when asked (Mar y Monte, the town of Conil, tips for beaches and shopping, etc.) and who provided the perfect feel-good factor through the beautiful furnishings and equipment of Casa Natalie. True to the motto "mi Casa es su casa" (my house is your house).

It certainly won't be our last stay in Casa Natalie.

Great house with a high relaxation factor

We (four adults, four children aged 10, 13, 16 & 17), were together for the third time in Casa Natalie. We had a great holiday again. The house is very lovingly furnished. The garden offers plenty of space, the children could also let off steam there. Trampoline, table tennis table and various games for outdoors are available. We and the children didn't miss anything in the house either, there are various games, books and a television and above all enough space for everyone. The kitchen is huge and everything was really available. The terrace with the pool is a dream, we spent a lot of time there. With the rental car you can quickly reach the beautiful beaches and the shopping facilities are also easily accessible in a short time. We felt completely comfortable. A big thank you to the hosts for the great tips you gave us. The restaurant MARyMÓNTE was really worth a visit. The kids also had a lot of fun at the go-kart track.
We say thank you and will soon visit your Casa again.

Holiday with family and friends

It was truly an unforgettable vacation at Casa Natalie. Everything was easily reachable by car within a short amount of time: the beach, supermarket, and even bigger cities for sightseeing tours. And the amenities in the house left nothing to be desired.
Since we were on vacation there with a larger group, we were able to comfortably avoid each other for a few hours if we wanted some peace and quiet. Very spacious living area.
Additionally, very nice contact with the landlords. So absolutely recommended!!!
