Description

The high-quality, lovingly selected furnishings of the house is not only coordinated in color; It gives the house a wonderful atmosphere. Two satellite TV systems with DVD player, Wi-Fi, for the little ones a play carpet ('drive a car') and a large Duplo block, many board games for young and old and a small library with children, youth and adult books enrich the offer. A lavishly equipped kitchenette, which lacks nothing - including Bosch refrigerator, dishwasher, waffle maker, Senseo coffee machine, egg cooker ... -, offers self-catering. The bathroom has a 1x1m large shower cabin with bench and handle for seniors, two sinks next to each other, a brightly lit, oversized mirror plus shaving mirror. Between the bedrooms on the 1st floor there is a second toilet - nocturnal stair climbing is spared one!

In the immediate vicinity of a beautiful, endless sandy beach is our child-friendly, comfortable and comfortably furnished holiday home in a quiet location advantageous at the park beginning of an idyllic bungalow park. From the first floor of our house you can see the high sand dune and the flower fields in front of the park. With the bathing trunks out of the house - and you are in 7 minutes on the beach! Directly at the house is a parking space for a larger car. In front of the park you can easily park a 2nd car.

The property is fenced all around - ideal for parents with small children - and provided with a privacy screen. On the large, facing the garden and not facing the street terrace with a 6m long windbreak corner, you can enjoy the sun, the peace and / or entertaining family hours on the incredibly cozy patio seating with thick upholstery wholeheartedly. A Baltic Sea beach chair with 2 Notebooktischen, plenty of pillows and full bed mode, 2 (reclining) chairs and a couch with luxury editions, a tete-a-tete bench in a quiet corner and a Weber-ball grill (57cm) including grill apron for the "gourmet Griller "should beautify your holiday in addition. For the beach stay we offer a new carts, two beach chairs, 3 beach mats, a beach umbrella and beach toys for the little ones.

Who has inline skates, you should bring them! Go-carts - also very popular with fathers - you can rent in the park, as well as bicycles (also with child seat) and children's bicycles. An adventure playground is located on a small lake over which one can pull himself up on a raft on a rope; on another rope stretched in the air, one can swing over shallow water; the football goals are in demand, as well as a basketball hoop, a table tennis table, swings, climbing frames for young and old. There are enough playmates. In addition, a miniature golf course with bouncy castle entices, as well as a pasture pasture with 2 ponies, a tennis court and bowling (right in front of the park).

For parents: The house is close enough to the playground (100m) that even smaller children can reach it comfortably, but far enough away not to hear its noise.

And if you love bread in the morning - 70m away they are for sale! As well as German newspapers.

Medical care on site is guaranteed. Julianadorp has a medical center and a pharmacy. Near 'Langen Jaap', the widely visible lighthouse of Den Helder, is well signposted, the 'Gemini' hospital of Den Helder, about 6 km from our park. It is easy to reach by car. Many doctors speak German.

There is a veterinarian (coming from the dune) in the Van Foreestweg on the left just before the road Lange Vliet. An appointment usually has to be arranged.

It was a beautiful week.

Everything was there that one needs.
For us two, of course, 6 beds were too many.
Very clean, everything neat, very friendly interaction with the owners.
Beach nearby, supermarket also.
Sitting under the shelter is great in the wind.
Our dog loved the garden.
But one thing was missing: bushes and a tree.
Very well fenced.
If the price doesn’t go up... we will of course come back.

Arrive Feel Good

A very beautiful cozy house that leaves no wishes unfulfilled. It is very clean and well-maintained; we also thought it was great that a few items like salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc. were already provided. We felt very comfortable with our dog, and we had a very nice contact with the landlords. We would be happy to come back anytime.

Cozy, like at home

My girlfriend, my dog, and I have already stayed in this cozy house from Mrs. Lauer for the second time. The entire written contact/booking process went smoothly. Overall, very helpful, friendly, and above all, reliable. Our heartfelt thanks to the hardworking "cleaning lady" who certainly doesn't always have it easy. Although this time at the end of October, unlike in 2022, we had a lot of rain and stormy days, the location of the house always offers smaller, nice walks for the furry friends. What more could you want?

The cozy, well-kept house from Mrs. Lauer, the superb equipment, and the perfect location give me the feeling of being at home. I would prefer to live there with my dog, and I'm sure he agrees entirely! We will definitely come back! Thank you for happy days in Julianadorp.

Nice vacation! We were completely satisfied!

TOP Familien-Ferienhaus

We would like to thank the friendly Lauer family for 2 weeks of wonderful holiday in a house where everything has been thought of for families with small children. Stair gates, fenced garden, high chair, washing machine, toys, and much more contribute greatly to relaxation. The location of the house is also worth mentioning positively, as the large playground is not far away and the walk to the beach is only a short distance. Thanks to the provided trolley, no problem at all for the little ones.

Traumhaus für Familien

We are very much looking forward to our second vacation in this lovingly furnished house. Our children were completely happy. Duplo, puzzles, books, sand toys, a nice little playground nearby, and a fantastic large playground in the park. The garden is completely fenced, which is particularly relaxing with kids and/or a dog. There was a room on the ground floor for grandma opposite the toilet, which was great! Upstairs, there is a second toilet, so you don't have to climb stairs at night. It was a great vacation, just perfect for relaxing and recharging. Thank you very much!

All around really great

The house is highly recommended, the amenities are exceptionally good - both in the kitchen and in all other rooms. The mattresses are very comfortable, the garden is in great shape. Everything is very well maintained, clean, and stylishly decorated. We were very happy and can't really find any fault. The house is also very well located, very close to the sea and the dunes. A place to relax.

Relaxing vacation with our dog

After the phone call with Mrs. Lauer I was convinced that we had rented the right holiday home for us, my husband, me, and our dog. And so it was. . . . . . . . The keys and all instructions for the house arrived, as well as nice emails from the Lauer family. The house itself was very clean and well-maintained. Mrs. Lauer had emailed us beforehand that there was enough dish soap, tabs, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. available, so our luggage was lighter. The hydrangeas in the garden already had colorful little Easter eggs hanging on them. The covered terrace was especially beautiful now in spring, it was pleasantly warm in the sun, and we enjoyed our coffee there. It was great for our dog too. He could run freely for hours on the beach, play with other dogs if he wanted, and all the owners were friendly and easygoing. Dogs were always welcome in restaurants and beach pavilions as well.
Conclusion: We will be back!

Relaxation from the first minute

We have recovered very well in the beautiful house in the few days. Thanks to the landlords for sending the inventory list. The equipment actually leaves nothing to be desired, so when traveling to this house, you really only need to take the bare essentials.
