Description

On approx. 50 sqm, the chic flat offers space for two people.
The flat sets modern accents with grey and red tones. The red leather couch in the living area lets you end the evening comfortably. A flat-screen TV, Blue-ray player and a radio/CD player with Docstation for iPod and iPhone are available for entertainment. A W-Lan connection is available.
On dark red leather swing chairs at the dining table you can not only enjoy breakfast in peace. The white high-gloss kitchen fits perfectly into the stylish flat and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of equipment (fridge with large icebox, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, blender and a Tassimo coffee machine).
Restful nights are experienced in the bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00) with 7-zone cold foam mattress.
You won't get cold feet in the bathroom with ground-level shower, WC, towel warmer, washbasin and hairdryer. Here, as in all other rooms of the flat, there is underfloor heating.
An integrated ventilation system ensures that there is always fresh air in the flat.
In summer you can also enjoy the sun in the garden with terrace and garden furniture or relax on the garden loungers.

Beach time 1

Good location, 400 meters to the bakery, and 850 meters to the beach, so everything was fine, we've been here for the second time. There was only one problem, the kettle is broken and cannot be opened.

Very nice holiday apartment for a beach vacation.

The vacation rental leaves nothing to be desired. The equipment is perfect. I noticed some minor flaws, such as the umbrella stand was wobbly, the cover was damaged and there were no seat cushions for the garden chairs. Otherwise everything was fine.

recommend for: seniors, holiday without car, beach holiday
