Villa Claudia is on two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The ground floor consists of:
– a living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining table, a very bright and panoramic room thanks to the large glass windows overlooking the garden;
– a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle;
– a guest bathroom.
The sleeping area is located on the first floor, consisting of:
– a double bedroom with sea view, with en-suite bathroom with shower;
– a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower;
– a double bedroom;
– a bedroom with two single beds;
– a bathroom with bathtub.
This villa is equipped with air conditioning and insect screens on windows.
In the basement there is a small laundry room accessible from the outside with washing machine and sink.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea.
The porch equipped with table and chairs is ideal for dining comfortably outdoors and is connected to the living area of the villa. In the garden there are also areas shaded by sun umbrellas with sofas, tables and chairs, to fully enjoy the outdoors.
The large pool has also a circular area with seats, also suitable for children. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, chairs and tables in the shade of a shade sail.
The property is fenced and is accessed via an automatic gate. there is a comfortable pergola to park at the end of the driveway.

Villa Claudia is located in a hilly position near Alba Adriatica, in Abruzzo, overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
The beaches of Alba Adriatica are only about 5 minutes by car, beaches with sand and shallow waters ideal for families and children. The promenade of Alba Adriatica is lined by pine forests, palm trees and a cycle path called 'Corridoio Verde Adriatico' which connects the way from Martinsicuro to Cologna Spiaggia, a hamlet of Roseto degli Abruzzi. In the promenade there are bars, chalets and restaurants to spend pleasant days by the sea.
Other well-known seaside resorts in this area are Giulianova, Martinsicuro and Tortoreto, where there is also a water park for a day full of can also easily reach the famous 'Palm Riviera' of San Benedetto del Tronto, located in the nearby Marche region, and visit the famous cities of southern Marche such as Ascoli Piceno, Offida and Ripatransone.
About an hour's drive nature lovers can enjoy the views of the National Park of Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga, with itineraries between historic villages and nature for walking and mountain biking.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 300,00; heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 1,00 per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 14 exempted, disabled exempted). Pets are not allowed.
Please note that all travelers (including children) must show an ID Card or Passport on arrival to the owner of the villa.

Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
