Located in a quiet area of Kappeln and only 150 metres from the Schleihafen harbour, you will find our ultra-modern "Sonnenseite" holiday flat. On approx. 85 m², the flat with its wonderfully coordinated maritime decoration offers you a feeling of "having arrived", which makes you want to spend your holiday in the beautiful Schlei region
Thanks to large windows with direct access to the "sunny side balcony" with comfortable seating, the open living area is particularly flooded with light. A comfortable sofa set awaits you here, inviting you to linger How about an exciting book from the house's own small holiday library with a tasty glass of wine? A very special eye-catcher is the large, colourful clock on the wall, which has been tastefully combined with other colourful accessories in the living area. Passionate hobby cooks will also get their money's worth in this holiday home: a modern and first-class equipped country house kitchen with various technical amenities offers you the possibility to prepare tasty meals. After an eventful day between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea, the cosy bedroom with its 180x200 cm double bed awaits you and ensures a well-deserved night's rest. To start the day freshly, a bright full bathroom with window is at your disposal!
Should the weather not be so cosy during autumn and winter, you can still make yourself comfortable in our holiday flat on the Schlei. Entertainment is also provided with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, music system, Wi-Fi and a small collection of books.
A free parking space is available directly in front of the flat and bicycles that you bring with you can be stored dry and lockable in the shed with electricity connection. Fishing tackle can be stored in the shed or in the cellar. A large freezer is available in the cellar for anglers.

A very beautiful apartment, decorated and equipped with a lot of love. We immediately felt at home and from the first moment, we were on vacation and could relax wonderfully. The key handover process also went very well. We would love to come back.

A very nice vacation!
