The Residenz holiday flat offers you everything a holidaymaker's heart desires. Enjoy being together in the large and cosy living room. Have breakfast together in the spacious dining area or on one of the two beautiful balconies with a view over Horumersiel's centre. Spend relaxing evenings with the family on the red leather couch and watch films together on the large flatscreen.
You and your loved ones have a total of 3 quiet bedrooms with 6 box spring beds at your disposal. 2 of the bedrooms offer you a double bed (180x200) and a private balcony access. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. In each of the bedrooms you will find your own TV
For perfect relaxation, there are 2 bathrooms at your disposal. So that you can leave the stress of everyday life behind you as quickly as possible during your holiday, one of the two bathrooms is equipped with its own sauna and whirlpool
From the two sunny balconies of the flat you have a wonderful view over the centre of Horumersiel. You can reach the flat with a staircase as well as with a lift
If you feel like a bike ride, you can store your bikes in our separate, lockable bike room.
A reserved parking space is of course also available.

The "Residenz Horumersiel" is located in the centre of Horumersiel. The bakery, ice cream parlour, restaurants, bicycle rental and shops are right next door. The village square, and thus the centre of the village, is right on the doorstep. The beach, the harbour, the thermal baths, the rehabilitation centre and the spa administration are also within walking distance. All kinds of activities await you in the surrounding area. From countless cycle paths to surfing courses, water skiing, stand-up paddling, pedal boating, mudflat walks, football golf, pony rides, the castle museum and the Jever brewery, you will find it all.

The flat is suitable for disabled persons but not suitable for disabled persons. The flat is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by lift. All doors are wide enough to pass through with a wheelchair. One of the two showers is floor-level and accessible, and we will be happy to provide you with a shower stool on request. If required, we can also provide you with a ramp to access the balcony from the living room. However, there are no grab rails in the flat. Phantastische Wohnung
Our vacation in Horumersiel was wonderful. The apartment is perfectly located, right in the town center, with everything important nearby. The furnishings left nothing to be desired. In addition to the sauna, whirlpool, and location, we particularly appreciated the fact that our dog Bella was allowed to join us. We will be happy to come back!

1A Lage
Very nice holiday apartment, ideal for grandma and grandpa with the elevator. The two bathrooms were perfect for us. Thanks to the beautiful view over the entire Dordplatz, we were never bored. With the fantastic weather, we could enjoy the sun on the balcony early in the morning during breakfast. We will come back next year.
