Haus befinden sich in einem ruhigen Ende, aber nahe zu den Städten und allen Annehmlichkeiten. Krk ist Hauptort der Insel Krk. Es ist auch sehr attraktive touristische Destination. Es hat viele Hotels, Campingplätze, Appartements, Ferienhäuser, damit sich alle Gäste rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Es hat schöne Strände und verwandte Einrichtungen für Kinder, Parks, Wanderwege, Veranstaltungen, von denen die Messe von Krk, sportliche Aktivitäten, Nachtleben und Krk betont als touristische Destination ist wirklich stolz darauf.

Luxury Apartments David & Matej are located in the western part of the island of Krk, in the area called Sotovento, in the village of Linardici.
Apartments are located in a quiet end but close to the towns and all amenities. Krk is the capital of Krk. It is also very attractive tourist destination. It has many hotels, campsites, apartments, cottages, so that all guests enjoy a pleasant stay.
It has beautiful beaches and related facilities for children, parks, hiking trails, events, of which the fair of Krk, sports activities, nightlife and Krk stresses as a tourist destination is really proud of it.

Family holiday with 4 people
We came for a fortnight in August as a family with 4 people and a dog. The two separate holiday flats were great, where you had privacy without any problems but still lived right next to each other. The lovely landlords Damir and Sara live in the flat upstairs, which didn't bother us at all - you didn't notice that someone lived upstairs :) Both were always available for questions and could give good tips for excursions or the like.
Both flats were equipped with everything necessary, there was even a great barbecue area and the pool was of course the highlight, so that we lacked nothing here - the only shortcoming that we noticed and in our opinion was missing (but there are certainly different opinions :)) were shaded areas at the pool and the terrace directly at the house, there was a parasol which was a bit difficult for 4 people - in our opinion there is potential for improvement. The location of the house is quite quiet, so you should plan with a car.
We can definitely recommend this holiday home and had a great holiday on the beautiful island of Krk.

Very quiet location. Beautiful view, nice house with own pool to relax, terrace for barbecue with roof. Very nice landlords. Recommendable for a family.
I give 4.5 out of 5 stars.
