Description
The holiday home at the Krugberg in the climatic health resort Allrode/Harz offers everything holidaymakers need to feel at home.
The holiday home is suitable for a maximum of 6 people (2 bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed in the living room) and is available all year round.
The holiday home was last renovated in 2019 and equipped with all modern comforts.
In addition to the two bedrooms, the house has a veranda, a living room, a separate kitchen with garden access and a bathroom with shower.
The bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The floors are covered with carpet.
In the rustic veranda with a view of the nature, you will find the large dining table for up to 6 people.
In the living room you will find laminate flooring, satellite TV, hi-fi system, automatic permanent fireplace with glass pane, antique furniture and a large sofa bed (200x160) for the 5th to 6th person. The bookshelf houses travel guides, tourist information and novels.
The separate kitchen also has laminate flooring. You will find the electronically igniting gas cooker with oven, microwave with grill and the refrigerator with freezer. Coffee machine, toaster and kettle are of course also available.
The bathroom is brightly tiled and equipped with a large washstand, WC and shower.
The automatic coal stove in the living room is the main heating and is able to heat the living room and the adjoining rooms and also provide a cosy atmosphere. In addition, the house can be heated in all rooms with modern electric oil panel radiators. The heaters have thermostats and in the living room a room thermostat with night setback can be used. Furthermore, the living room and the adjoining rooms can be heated with a cost-saving air heat pump.
In the garden there is a locked parking space for 2 cars. Motorbikes and bicycles can be stored in the garage under the holiday home.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home has a relaxing and quiet location on the edge of the forest and short distances to extensive wellness and sports facilities.
The road by the holiday home is designated as a play street and dead end.
The garden is 750 sqm and is situated on a slope. In some areas, the garden is landscaped with rock. From the terrace at the house you can see as far as the forests of the Bode valley.
Due to the central location of the holiday home, all holiday destinations in the Harz Mountains can be reached in max. 30-40 min. by car.
In winter, if there is enough snow, the cross-country skiing trail with connection to other trails in the Harz passes directly by the garden fence!
In summer, the neighbouring villages offer open-air swimming pools, boat hire and an adventure pool.
In the neighbouring village of Hasselfelde you will find the large western town of Pullman City Harz and the romantic Bode Valley with the Hexentanzplatz and cable car are only a few minutes away by car or bus. Allrode is a small climatic health resort near the Bode Valley, Hexentanzplatz and Rappbode Dam. Due to the central location of Allrode, all tourist destinations and sights of the entire Harz region can be reached in a short time.
There is a small shop in the village. Larger supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car.
Due to the very good local transport connections of Allrode, the car can also take a holiday here.
In winter, Allrode offers cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs.

Any time again!!! Preferably immediately ?
We were so looking forward to our holiday and were not disappointed!!!! The holiday home has everything you need!!! Very nicely located and yet you are relatively central, no matter where you want to do something in the Harz!
