Description
Our holiday home "Möwe" at the sea, is located in Middelkerke district Westende at the Belgian coast in West Flanders with a wide sandy beach and a beautiful promenade. Directly behind the dunes 250m to the sea unique location at the Warandeturm .
Suitable and allowed for max. 6 persons (including infant)
It is a detached house in a row of 3 houses.
There is a small garden in front of the house and an entrance to the side with a lockable gate to the garden.
You can easily park your own bicycles through the gate into the garden at the back.
Behind the house, facing the garden, you will find a spacious and well-maintained furnished terrace with a green view, almost opaque and completely fenced.
Our holiday home "Möwe" is located in the park "Zeegalm". The park has 130 houses, a swimming pond with an adjacent small playground, a small café with a drinks machine, a large playground with a play area and additional parking spaces for cars at the end of the park
Our house is a NON-SMOKING DOMICILE. Smoking is not permitted in the house, but is possible on the terrace. Please pay attention to this. NO PETS ALLOWED! Especially in the sense for allergy sufferers.
It is furnished with great attention to detail and the kitchen certainly leaves nothing to be desired.
It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with a double bed 140x200 cm
and a separate washbasin with mirror cabinet. 2 bedrooms are on the 1st floor.
One of them with two single beds 90 x 200 cm each and a toddler bed with door, closed room.
The other room opposite with a double bed 140 x 200 cm and a flat screen TV, open room.
Bedding ( no covers )for 6 persons and for a toddler is available.

Sitting area around the stove with a 3-seater couch and two armchairs and a coffee table.
The house can be heated with the wood-burning stove, night storage heating and, if you need to heat quickly, with electric heaters.
For entertainment there is a flat screen TV Samsung (SAT system) and DVD player, books and board games.
The dining area has 6 comfortable chairs and a large dining table
Next to it is the new modern kitchenette with ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, oven, sink and dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer with 4 compartments.
Crockery and all common household items as well as a coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, hot water boiler, hand mixer and much more are available.
The living area, hallway and bathroom, as well as the 2nd WC in the hallway are tiled, all 3 bedrooms have laminate flooring.
The living area is separated from the hallway by a double glass door.
The house has a bathroom with WC, bathtub-shower, basin and hairdryer, mirror and chest of drawers.
A guest toilet in the hallway, wardrobe with bench and a mirror on the side, a separate 2nd washbasin with mirror cabinet in the bedroom on the ground floor
The 80m² garden with terrace invites you to sunbathe and linger.
In the storage room you will find the washing machine, barbecue and much more.
The garden is completely fenced and is closed at the side with a wooden door.
Sunbeds and terrace furniture have been renewed, as well as comfortable cushions and 2 parasols.
To the side of the house is a free car park which belongs to the house.
NEW AT THE RECEPTION OF THE COMPLEX:
Garage can be rented for 10 €/day,
Bread roll service, bed linen and towels on request (not free of charge).
The house is used and checked by the landlord himself at regular intervals, so that the

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located about 300m from the beach straight line in a holiday park behind the dunes. The resort has 130 houses, a solarbeh. Outdoor pool (open in July and August), playground, play area and parking. Middelkerke one of the family-friendly resorts. The 8km long and wide sandy beach is ideal for walking, for fun and games and a sunbath. In the hinterland there are farms and typical Flemish villages. There are many hiking and cycling trails.

House 51 Middelkerke Mrs. Schröders
Hello Mrs. Schröders,
We have never left a review on vacation, but this time we would like to do so.
The house was of course too big for 2 people, but we knew that beforehand. We still felt very comfortable.
As for the house itself, everything was very clean and very well furnished. It was exactly as we know it from home. The garden was super well maintained. The entire complex was well-kept and very quiet. Since we had no internet (I had to go to the reception because I wanted to watch football, there are worse things)
We were in Ostend 3 times by bike when the weather allowed it, also in Bruges by car, all in all it was a very nice vacation, we will recommend you. Our sons already know. (PS my wife said that if we are allowed to come again, we will sleep up there so that I can't throw her out of bed HA HA HA)

Beautifully located holiday home
Very well-equipped, spacious holiday home in a great location. One can particularly notice from the kitchen's equipment that the owners also use the house themselves. Very lovingly furnished. Cozy garden. Also recommended for families with older children.

Very nice, pleasant, clean, and very well-equipped holiday home. Location very pleasant, short way to the beach, terrace offers sun from morning to evening (if it shines). We felt very comfortable in this temporary home.

We have always enjoyed going to the Belgian coast for a relaxing holiday, even when we didn't have a holiday home even when we didn't have a holiday home. Today, the Belgian coast is our second home and we enjoy spending time there as a couple and with the family and enjoy the fresh air of the North Sea. We recently explored the great cycle paths with the e-bike, especially the ride from Middelkerke to Oostende along the beach boulevard with a view of the sea. Unique!
