Description
Arrive and simply feel at home in nature and relax in the greenest surroundings hidden from holiday tourism.
You will stay in a cosy Finn cottage (non-smoking) on a well-kept private property in Burg Spreewald. The house has a garage where you can store your bikes. Parking is available directly at the house.
In the lower part of the house there is a well-equipped kitchen (sink, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all necessary kitchen appliances. The bathroom is equipped with shower and WC. For cooler holiday days, the house is equipped with electric heating.
Via a full staircase you reach the upper floor. Here you will find two bedrooms with a total of 3 beds. The windows in the sleeping area are equipped with blackout blinds.
The large garden is for your sole use. There are many places to sit and lie down, a romantically illuminated old tree population and the cosy terrace in front of the house where you can spend the summer evenings. A barbecue with corresponding accessories is available.

Location and surroundings of object
Your holiday home belongs to the Spreewald Biosphere Reserve and is located in the outskirts of the scattered settlement of Burg. The house is in a green location with direct access to the cycle path along the railway embankment. From here you can reach the centre of Burg village by bike within a few minutes. By bike, car or motorbike, your cottage is an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding area. You can also reach the cultural cities of Dresden and Berlin within an hour.
The spa town of Burg is also home to the Spreewald Therme. You can explore the Spreewald by bike via a well-developed network of cycling trails, by boat or by canoe
In nearby Vetschau (4 km) there is a well-maintained open-air swimming pool and in Cottbus (15 km) the "Lagune" leisure pool, the UCI cinema, the zoo, the famous Branitzer Park, Europe's only art nouveau theatre and various other cultural and leisure facilities. Tropical Islands is about 40 km from us and the indoor ski slope SnowTropolis in Senftenberg or the Eurospeedway Lausitzring can be reached in about 1 hour by car.
The next motorway exit is about 10 km away in Vetschau.

Pure nature
The holiday cottage Kabeja delivers what it promises. Great location on the outskirts of the Spreewald with absolute tranquility to relax. Pure nature. The interior is high quality, tasteful and very clean. The fly screens on the windows are very helpful. With the house's own paddle boat, you can put in on the big flow 200 m away and start a wonderful paddle tour. The garden is very well maintained and can be beautifully illuminated. We felt very comfortable and well rested.
recommend for: adventure and experience, holiday with children, cultural and sightseeing holiday, romantic holiday
