Large holiday home for up to 4 people in the "Strandslag" holiday park in Julianadorp aan Zee.
Location just behind the dunes, about 10 minutes to the beach.
You are very welcome to spend your holiday in our holiday home.
It should be self-evident to you, and we expect you to accept our property and private things and treat them accordingly.
Rental is for a minimum of 7 nights. Weekly booking only from Saturday to Saturday. The house features
1 double room and 2 single rooms on the upper floor,
1 bathroom on the ground floor, two separate toilets (1 x upstairs and 1 x downstairs)
Kitchenette and living-dining room with cozy furnishings.
Usual kitchen appliances available.
Wind-protected terrace at the house with garden furniture, sunshade, and grill.
Large property with ample space.
Private parking space for 1 car at the house.
In the park, there is, among other things, a large playground, mini-golf course, and a restaurant with bread roll service. The price per day/night varies depending on the season between €100.00 and €125.00 (incl. all additional costs such as water, electricity, and gas, Wi-Fi) and is valid for up to 4 people.
Tourist tax €2.00 p.p./day
Final cleaning by cleaning service (plus €80)
Bed linen and towels must be brought by the guest or can possibly be booked extra.
Key handover via wall safe at the house.

The house is suitable for couples or families with older children, as the holiday home does not have equipment for small children, such as a crib, high chair, etc.

In the event of a written or verbal cancellation, cancellation fees of up to 90% of the invoice amount may apply if we are unable to fully or partially re-let the holiday home. If the property is completely or partially re-let, the deposit and cancellation costs will of course be refunded. This does not apply in the case of an early departure at your own request, which occurs without good reason and without our fault.

Hello, we were there from 30.12.2022 - 06.01.2023 and can recommend it without reservation!
The landlady is super nice and wants the guests to want for nothing - we felt well broken in all around and would love to come back!
