Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
Both contract parties can terminate this contract by giving a notice period of 3 months prior to the planned date. If the tenant terminates the contract after this date, it is agreed that the cancellation costs listed below are to be paid by the tenant. Cancellation Costs: ● For cancellations more than three months before the start of the rental period, we will refund the deposit. A processing fee of €25 will be retained. ● For cancellations within three months of the start of the rental period, cancellation costs of €100 apply. ● If withdrawal occurs within six weeks of the rental start date, the cancellation costs amount to 60% of the agreed rental price (excluding tourist tax, final cleaning, and extras). ● The cancellation costs are reduced accordingly or omitted if a replacement group is found. In the case of cancellation by the landlord within 3 months of the planned date, Seminarhaus Remetschwiel will cover the costs incurred by the booking group up to a maximum of 50% of the agreed rental price. Further claims by the tenant are excluded. Special conditions during the validity of Corona regulations of the state of Baden-Württemberg: Should a withdrawal become necessary at short notice due to the conditions of a Corona regulation, no cancellation charges will be calculated and a refund of a payment or deposit can be made, unless it is intended for a new date. Please ensure in this case that we have your bank details available.
