10 days are over so quickly ! We would like to thank you, especially for the really nice and clean holiday flat that you provide for your guests and the friendly welcome. We felt very comfortable with you and therefore gladly extended our stay.
Your hospitality is wonderful and your tips were great. We had a lot of fun and a good meal thanks to your recommendations.
For travellers, a few tips from us if you have small children you must definitely go to the duck pond at the Forellenschänke. The playground is terrific !
The farm shop in the village and the restaurant are great. If you like organic food and mills, you should visit the mill. We are happy to have walked through this beautiful area and to have met nice people.
If you stay here, you can only feel good.
In any case, we were completely satisfied.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Dear Ramona and dear Heiko,
We have traveled from Ebensfeld in Upper Franconia to relax in Saxon Switzerland.
At Ramona and Heiko's place in Lichtenhain, we were warmly welcomed and despite the not so good weather, we did something every day.
We visited Königstein Fortress, Stolpen Castle, the Tuscan Spa, Pirna, flower admiring in Sebnitz, Miniature Exhibition in the village of Wehlen, looked at and bought Schwibbogen arches, climbed the Bastei, had good food, and are happy and content. We would love to come back. Nice to have met each other. Saxony and Franconia get along well.

Thank you for having us as your guests. We felt very comfortable in your lovingly decorated holiday apartment when we returned to our accommodation after a long day full of impressions of the beautiful Saxon Switzerland. Our first vacation here was too short to explore all the excursion destinations. Nevertheless, we have seen a lot, cycled the Elbe Cycle Path in stages all the way to Dresden, hiked to the Bastei, Lilienstein, and the Schrammsteine, visited the Kunstblumenstadt Sebnitz, Dresden, Pillnitz Castle, and Hohnstein Castle, just to name a few destinations. We are definitely not the last time here. To you, dear hosts, a heartfelt thank you for everything. We fondly remember our vacation at your house, warmly from Volker and Sabine Schnuhr.

Liebe Familie Noack,

We hiked over the Goldsteig to the great Winterberg and from Rathen via Hohnstein to Porschdorf. We cycled to the town of Wehlen. We climbed from Postelwitz to Schmilka over the Schrammsteine. In the intense heat of this week (no day below 30 degrees), we found refreshment in the upper Kirnitzschtal and Uttewalder Grund. Additionally, we had a daily free fitness training by cycling back to Lichtenhain every day. Thank you very much for the lovely vacation rental from the Merten family.

We have thought for a long time about what to do on vacation. We used to want to go abroad, but today it doesn't appeal to us anymore. We called Noacks that we are looking for a vacation rental. We had a wonderful week with you. Thank you for the cozy holiday apartment, nice conversations, and travel tips. Although it was not the first time we vacationed in Saxon Switzerland, there are still many places we have yet to see. We will definitely come back again (or more often). We had a varied week here: Steamboat trip on the Elbe to Pirna and back with the S-Bahn, ride on the Kirnitzschtalbahn, a day in the Czech Republic to see the Pravčická brána and the Kamnitz Gorge, Meißen, Dresden Old Town and Lößnitzgrundbahn, Moritzburg, Kunstblumenstadt Sebnitz and Urzeitpark, Lichtenhainer Waterfall.

A wonderful vacation in Lichtenhain in the heart of the Saxon Switzerland.

Dear Noack family,
We enjoyed 12 wonderfully relaxing and at the same time interesting holiday days. The weather was particularly kind to us, allowing us to hike uphill and downhill for many hours every day and enjoy the beautiful landscapes around Lichtenhain.
Thank you for your hospitality and coziness in your home.
We especially liked the panoramic trail to Bad Schandau, which takes you away from the hustle and bustle through blooming rapeseed and grain fields, forests, gardens, etc. The valley leads. In addition to the nature experience, the interested party also learns a lot about the history of the small villages in the Kirnitzsch valley. Definitely worth a visit!
Now well prepared for everyday life, we start our journey home.

A very nice working vacation
