Villa Ognjištar is the perfect place for anyone who wants to experience a peaceful holiday in the untouched nature of the Dalmatian hinterland. Located in the quiet village of Zmijavci, just a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful Imotski, this luxury holiday home is set on a large private plot of 2000 m² and offers complete peace, privacy, and relaxation. It is ideal for a family vacation, romance, or a stay with friends, surrounded by natural scenery that provides a sense of true freedom and escape from everyday life. On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room equipped with a large TV, billiards, and darts, making it an excellent space for socializing and entertainment. There is also a comfortable dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for meal preparation. The modern design and functional layout create a pleasant atmosphere in which guests quickly feel at home.
Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. All rooms in Villa Ognjištar are equipped with air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
One of the greatest advantages of the villa is the beautifully arranged covered courtyard in front of the house. From the highway A1 go to ZAGVOZD. When you go through Zagvozd and POLJICA you will be in GRUBINE and go right to IMOTSKI. That way you will get to KAMENMOST. Before the bridge go right to ZMIJAVCI to the end of the village where you will see a board on which will write "ognjištar" and go right for 2km until you see another board on which will write "house for holiday ognjštar". Take a turn right and after 100m there is a house where we will meet you.

PARADISE♥
We were allowed to spend two beautiful weeks with Sandra.
We lacked nothing.
The villa is super equipped, and if anything was missing, Sandra was immediately there for us.
You can do so much from there.
The hinterland of Dalmatia is worth a trip.
As always, a vacation goes by too quickly, but we will see each other again.

It was a beautiful and unforgettable vacation!
It is a beautiful, clean house with everything you need and could wish for. The landlords are incredibly kind, accommodating, and were always there when we needed something. The pool and the surroundings are fantastic. We especially fell in love with the dogs. Azra was a loyal companion and took good care of us. The little dog, for whom we even got to choose the name Peppy, is just so cuddly and lovable. We received fresh eggs, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, and peppers from the garden, as well as delicious homemade specialties. We also enjoyed feeding the turtles, the donkey, the goat, and the chickens. It was a beautiful and unforgettable vacation for which we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Pure peace and relaxation
Very nice holiday home, if you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place. Everything you need is available. Pool, vegetable garden, barbecue station, etc. nothing is missing. The grounds are very spacious and there is no through traffic. The hostess, Sandra and her husband are always there for you if you have any questions and take care of their guests.

Dreamlike holidays
We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Ognjistar
The big old stone house is beautifully renovated, the rooms are lovely, well kept and clean. All three with private bathrooms and air conditioning, the kitchen is also well equipped.
The spacious outdoor area is the villa is beautiful. A beautiful pool that is cleaned daily, a large terrace with sun protection, a large vegetable garden where you can help yourself freely, wine grows everywhere and otherwise only nature... Not to forget all the animals, cats, dogs, donkeys, goats and turtles, which our children were allowed to feed
The hosts are very warm and helpful. They provided us with local products, had great tips and prepared a traditional Croatian peka for us.
