The vacation home is approx. 61 square meter largely and offers to place for 4 persons (2 sleep areas, a dwelling, a completely furnished (installation) kitchen and a large considered terrace). We reconditioned the dwelling for you in January 2007 completely and decay friendly, and comfortably again furnished and look forward to your attendance. Location and surroundings of object

The vacation home is appropriate large property, which consists mainly of lawn and old fruit trees in the ground floor of a Doppelhauses in very calm layer (service road) in the quarter chalk mountain (northwest Lueneburg) on one approx. 1000 for square meter. One reaches the city center in 15 minutes to foot. The next bus stop is 3 minutes far away. In 5 minutes footpath is a small shopping centre with Edeka market, pharmacy, baker's shop, savings bank and tobacco/stationery shop. The availibility calendar you find on our homepage "Verfügbarkeit". Lueneburg is despite the medieval town centre a young university town at the edge of the Lüneburger heath. The 1050jährige city does not however only live in the gloss of past times, but uses the window blind for trendige scene restaurants, generous houses and modern shops behind old fronts. Under the characteristic historical Giebeln work creative kreativschmieden, innovative enterprises, Dienstleister and retailers. Thousands of students of trend-setting courses of studies, native ones and guests enjoy their spare time with drinks in urigen Cafés, with the Shoppen on Kopfsteinpflaster, with the Relaxen in the salt hot springs. The modern trend feels well in Lueneburg. Whether museums, churches, historical witnesses of the salt dismantling or stone time graves - to see it gives much in the city and in the district. On the Internet side of Lueneburg you find a large selection of meetings and descriptions of the most important objects of interest.

additional information about rental price:

65 € is the daily rent from the 2nd night for up to 2 persons. For the first night per stay, € 60 is added, which includes bed linen and WiFi use. For the 3rd, 4th and 5th person I charge 10-15 € extra. Towels can be rented on request (shower towel 2 €, towel 1 €). The accommodation tax of 4 % for the city of Lüneburg is added to the rental price, this tax is waived for work-related stays. It is possible to rent additional rooms.
