Description
Our holiday home is located in a quiet part of the village, without heavy traffic, with a view of the sea. The village center of Sukošan is about 500m and the sea about 200m from the holiday home. The main bathing beach "Dijeći raj" (Children's Paradise) is about 300m away, our self-built jetty about 200m walking distance away. The two separately accessible apartments "A" and "B" on the first floor are equipped with living and sleeping rooms, as well as dining rooms and large balconies with seating and lounging options, some of which are also facing the sea.
Both holiday apartments thus offer space for relaxation and a feel-good atmosphere.
The property has sufficient parking spaces (carport), space for playing, and a grill is also available. There is also a shower in the garden in case you need to cool off from time to time. You can also use the bicycles after a brief consultation.
You can shop right in the village or in the numerous supermarkets (Lidl, Kaufland, Interspar, etc.) in the city of Zadar, about 10 km away.
About the apartments:
Apartment "A" with an area of 80m² offers space for up to 5 people, apartment "B" with an area of 50m² for up to 4 people.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in a quiet, unspoilt region with direct sea views. The beach is about 150m away. Sukosan is a coastal village between Zadar and Biograd and ranks among one of the most beautiful areas of the Adriatic.
Opposite are the famous Kornati islands, destination for many tourists. 147 islands and reefs, beaches with crystal clear water and boat mooring, in a peculiarly barren, natural scenery. A place of peace and comfort in a fun-filled holiday guaranteed. Visit one of the many attractions such as the port city founded in the 10th century Biograd (15 km), with colorful fruit market and nightly goings. Or: Zadar (8 km), the former capital of Dalmatia, with a surrounded by massive city walls Old Town. Walk on smooth polished marble pavement through the 2000-year history of the city. Another destination is the Krka waterfalls, location of the famous Karl May movies.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: If cancellation is made no later than 6 weeks before the start of the trip, the rental agreement becomes void. The tenant will be refunded the amount paid up to that point, minus 25% of the total rental price. In the event of later cancellation, the tenant is obliged to pay the full price. If it is possible to rent out the apartment to someone else for the same period and under the same conditions, the tenant will be refunded the amount paid up to that point, minus a processing fee of €50.
