Our apartment house is located directly at the valley station of the Kleinarl-Flachauwinkel-Zauchensee ski area.
Our parking garage has been built onto the valley station.
Ski school, sports shops, and restaurants are right next door.
The center of the village is within comfortable walking distance. Kleinarl is situated at 1014m above sea level in the midst of the Salzburg mountains, on the edge of the Hohe Tauern.
Only 16 km from the highway, 70 km south of the city of Salzburg. Whether winter or summer vacation, whether skiing or hiking, mountain biking or simply relaxing – there is something for everyone.

Where meadows and forests blend idyllically into the landscape, you will find the best conditions for Nordic walking. Gentle on the joints, you get your body and circulation going in the fresh, clear mountain air.
Tennis
Kleinarl has 2 clay courts.
Here you can hit a few balls during your summer vacation, train with your tennis partner, or play a heated match – just as you like.
Fishing

Great vacation!
The Fritzenwallner couple is very attentive and always available. Our wishes were practically read from our eyes.
The pool is inviting for swimming in both good and bad weather.
The apartment was very practical and the kitchen provided with sufficient inventory.
A small downside is the absence of a comfortable couch.

Top flat, warm hosts, great location
We were very satisfied again for the 4th year in a row and had a wonderful rest. The facilities and cleanliness make us feel at home every year. The pool with flexible roofing, the flat, the delicious breakfast (there is something for everyone, even for vegetarians), the insider tips for excursions - everything was perfect for us. A very nice family run accommodation
We liked it very much. Fam. Fritzenwallner is very nice and very concerned about the well-being of the big and small guests. The flat is very generously designed. Around the house is a paradise for children. The breakfast was very varied. It is a beautiful area. There is only one tiny negative point: the sofa was a bit small for 4 people. But we would come again anytime. Thank you very much for the wonderful time with you.
