Wonderfully quiet location, with vineyards behind the house. The house itself is a plot of over 3,000 sqm, with natural grass, some beautiful old trees, an old romantic stone fountain and a magnificent view of the behind the house wine fields and over the calm house water meadows and reed fields up to in some distance flowing Gironde. A small path leads you through the wide, pristine banks of the Gironde directly to the water (approx. 100m). Only about 25 minutes drive away are the sandy beaches of the Atlantic. Popular beaches such as Montalivet-les-Bains-sur-Mer Soulac or offer anything that makes the heart beat of a beach fans later. Our villa is located in one of the most beautiful parts of France, in the famous vineyards of the Medoc, ca 70 km north of Bordeaux, about 12 km from Lesparre, the "capital" of the peninsula, near the famous wine Chateau La Tour de By, on the Gironde. The Médoc is like a large peninsula between two large lakes, the Atlantic Ocean and the Gironde (sea-delta).
