Description

Villa Milena is located in the heart of Istria, in a warm and sunny location, on the edge of a small village. Beaches in Rovinj, charming medieval towns in the interior of Istria, historical monuments of Pula ... are all within 30 minutes of the house. The supermarket, restaurants, shops are within 10 minutes drive.

The stone villa is newly renovated and modern furnished. The enclosed and fully fenced garden has a large swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas, plenty of space for children, barbecue and a large outdoor dining table. There is also a swing and a slide for children!

The interior is new, modern and spacious. There are 4 beautiful bedrooms, the house has capacity for 10 people, while additional cots are available. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, a spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and an additional toilet. The first floor has 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house
has free FLAT WiFi for our guests and private parking is guaranteed.

Location and surroundings of object

Modrusani is a small village in the center of Istria. All around are forests and meadows, filled with good hiking and biking trails. The village is easily accessible by car as the motorway exit is 10 minutes away. The supermarket Plodine and the supermarket Lidl are 10 minutes away. There are many good restaurants nearby (Motel Lovac, Konoba Beram ...), and the gas station is nearby.

Pazin, the nearest city, is over 1000 years old. Built with a castle on the top of a cave, offers spectacular views of the natural phenomena. In the center of Pazin there is a local food market, a fish market, a cinema, two beautiful waterfalls, a river. A special attraction is a zipline and a jump rope over the Pazin cave.

The beaches are 15 minutes away (beaches in Rovinj, Poreč). All places in Istria are a maximum of 30 minutes from Pazin, as Pazin is located in the center of the peninsula.

Very beautiful house!

We can only recommend Villa Milena!
It was our first time booking a house in Croatia.

On site, the owner Morena welcomed us with her daughter. Both greeted us very warmly and showed us the house.

The house was just as it was described. There was a small welcome package in the fridge, and there were always fresh eggs, fruit, and vegetables that Morena personally brought by. If there was ever a small problem, it was responded to immediately and help was provided. For all other questions, the landlords could be contacted.

The accommodation was super clean and as described in the pictures.

The house was in a very beautiful and quiet place. With the car, all locations could be reached quickly and easily.

All in all, we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

Great vacation

Last week we were in Istria for the first time. We really didn't expect to have so much luck with our accommodation and landlords. It was great from the beginning. The house is located in a quiet place. Equipped with everything your heart desires. Garden with pool. Vegetable garden at your disposal. Mega friendly from the landlords. The fridge filled with some drinks. Fruit on a plate... So, all in all... A dream vacation... Thank you again to Morena and Tihan for the wonderful time...

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

We spent two weeks with the whole family at Villa Milena. A beautiful house that is quietly located in the village. Not visible from the outside and with a large garden. There was even a small vegetable garden with tomatoes, zucchini, beans, and lettuce. The location of the villa is great, you can really relax and reach cities (Pula, Rovinj, Porec) in a short time. The beaches as well. We lacked nothing and the landlords are very, very nice and helpful. They immediately responded to our wishes and concerns. We have nothing to complain about and will come back. Thanks for the great vacation :)

Sehr gepflegtes Haus

Traumhaus

Highly recommended. Upon arrival, there was fresh fruit and cold beer. Everything as described. Very nice family. Everything was perfect. The house has beautiful details. Everything worked. Quick assistance with any questions. Very careful. A bathroom in every sleeping area. I rate it 12 out of 10.

Great house, superb host!

We were in Croatia for the first time, it was wonderful! The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday! Due to its central location, we could reach the sea, Porec, Rovinj, and other cities without long distances. Our hosts, the Modrusan couple, were great! Kind, extremely helpful, and helpers with all small problems. We would love to come back to this house! Highly recommended without reservation!

Schöner Urlaub

We were in Croatia for the first time by ourselves, and before that, we had been there many times with family, but we had never stayed in such a beautiful and cozy house. The host family Modrušan is very warm and loving.

The location of the house is very optimal, as it is in the center of Istria and easily accessible to the beautiful cities of Rovinj, Porec, Pula, Fazana. The very large garden was greatly enjoyed by our dog Monty, but of course, by us as well. The villa is superbly furnished.
We are already looking forward to our next vacation with you.
