Description

This magnificent architect-designed bungalow is situated in a quiet location on the edge of Horizon Park in Renesse, just a stone's throw from the center, the dunes, and the beach. In the sunny garden with a large terrace, you can enjoy the long summer evenings in complete peace. On the illuminated, covered terrace, you can relax wonderfully outdoors, even if the weather happens to be a bit worse. The bright, tastefully furnished living room has a large sliding door that seamlessly connects the interior and exterior. A cozy TV corner has been created with the built-in gas fireplace. Of course, there is digital TV with many German channels and free Wi-Fi. You can feel comfortable here all year round. The well-equipped, modern kitchen with adjoining dining area offers every comfort, including a 4-burner gas hob, an oven with grill, a microwave, a fridge-freezer combination, and a dishwasher. For coffee lovers, there is a Nespresso machine.

The master bedroom has a double bed (box spring). In the second bedroom there are two single beds (box spring). Both bedrooms have a digital TV. There is ample closet space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin. There is a separate toilet.

The holiday home is centrally heated. On hot days, the air conditioning provides pleasant cooling. A washing machine is also available. You can park on your own property.

Location and surroundings of object

Near the park De Horizon is a supermarket (about 400 m.), Which is open during the season. There you can buy your fresh rolls and newspaper in the morning. The extensive dune landscape and the neighboring nature reserve "De Vroongronden" are suitable for beautiful hiking and cycling trips, for example in the beautiful old town of Burgh-Haamstede.

The Brouwersdam (Grevelingenmeer) with its fantastic conditions for water sports of all kinds (kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing, beach sailing, kite buggy, fishing, diving) is about 10 minutes away by car.
